Question about lvl 19 cultivation quest

Okay i have a question about the quest. How do u find the celestial sprites all i find is plants with the names but i cant do anything to them. can someone please tell me what to do?

    The plants come later. First you have to kill a certain monster until you get it, but I'm not sure which monster it is for Untamed. After that, you go mine the plants for the second celestial sprite.

    Believe me I have been mining the whole day, where is the plant i can mine ... i Hve literally kill all the plants

    For Elves, if I remember correctly, it's right across the river to the west of Plume City. I don't remember where the other races' are. The quest description should give you a rough idea where it is.
