I'm level 70 and at level 68 I was able to demolish fb19 with only 2 ironheart spells from a really weak cleric as for fb29, the mobs= no problem, boss=ranged melee, not wizzy friendly :P I'd say maybe level 90 so that you can knock him dead with only 4-5 hits
