you ppl realise that this will became like any private server,wher you can have high lvl gear in metter of days. Very nice this update killed nirvana and the liltle fun that was left in the game, with itb:irritated

Only people who are happy about the change are the people who can't farm their own ****, or are useless in general, and can't accomplish anything with any sort of hard work.

Meh, pretty sure everyones qqing by now. If u arnt, u havnt felt what its like to lose so much coin in a few mins, that or i agree to what op said. Many who are happy nvr did nirvana but are now handed what we fought for during months. So ye, i understand anyone raging at this point. Cheap trick in economy change:) people who spent time or even bought s3r9 was really fooled thinking theyd b different if they worked/paid for it.

The mats will be cheaper, even if the players can't attend the wars themselves.

It doesn't matter, you don't completely replace an instance in a matter of 2 hours. That's just bad form on PWEs' part.

I believe change is good and I welcome it, but this was a bit overkill.

People are pissed and have a right to be, some people can't afford to cash shop enough to buy R9 and +10/12 it with full JoSDs so Nirvana gear was their end game stuff. Then 3rd cast came along and it was comparable, but not entirely equal to, R9 stuff. Best part was you couldn't CS it, it had to be farmed.

People felt a sense of accomplishment from getting those weapons and armor pieces and now in a matter of minutes after Nation Wars are over people are running around in full sets of 2nd cast Nirv stuff or linking G16 weapons/armor that they had molds for just sitting in bank with no desire to even use due to being lazy as hell and not wanting to go farm for their stuff.

Do you not see it as being a slap in the face? I sure as hell do. Really wishing I had never spent a dime on this game at this point (not that I spent much anyways).

Not so sure about that, people have refined, sharded r9 to end game status. It would take chienkuns to keep same refines, shards. I am expecting prices to go up, so the option to transfer might be cheaper for once. Will still cost immense amounts though. Especially on the rerolling b:surrender.

Gave it at least another 30 minutes to digest the fact that raptures have reduced to mere 50k each and raptures like what 100k-250k each now? Personally, I dislike this update because I spent the entire summer farming for NV3 gear, which now has been made easily attainable in one nation war....ANYWAYS ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE.

Think of it in this angle:

Remember the time when everybody was running around with tt90/lunar weapons and only some had g13 weapons? And there was only ONE op famous "oh my gawd" player that had the r8? I believe we can think of it like this.

NV3 = the TT90 "end game" gear back then where everybody was running around with
R9r2 = the "G13"
70 attack levels (I'm not too sure how easy it's to get this wep) = the "R8"

We've experienced this before where TT90 was the end game gear and everybody had it, and the game was fine then. Everybody competed each other with shards and refines, and also PVP will now be based on more of "SKILL" rather than "GEAR".

In addition, this update has completely screwed sins over. Sin's tt99 gear and ornaments isn't enough to protect them from the new firepower other classes will get from their FULL G16 GEAR. To survive, most sins will now have to get full G16 gear (therefore reducing aps, YAY!) and compete on the same level as other classes.

This game has a lack of trying to get new players into their member base, and even if they do it new players are not able to afford the kind of gear veteran players already have without spending thousands of dollars. PWI's subscriptions are decreasing, current members are depleting, they needed a solution. This update will allow the NEW PLAYERS who have joined the game late able to obtain gear that people have spent years to get (I know, but it's for the benefit of the game, right?) I know many of you guys are mad after spending so much time (like me), and probably money as well into the game to obtain the kind of gear you have now, but think of it for the benefit of PWI.

So therefore, to allow this game to have an actual FUTURE, this is what they needed to do. So good for you pwi, I was contemplating on quitting but now I guess il stick around and see what you guys are up to.

But PLEASE, start MARKETING this game again increase awareness on your new update and increase your player base. I'm a marketer in real life and this is absolutely essential to keep a business running.

Also: Try to make money off of other things:

Some example to note, weapon covers, pets that pick up your drops, weekly updated fashion, exclusive hair designs and facial expressions that can only be accomplished through randomization (like packs), character name change (i would pay 20 bucks to change my name), server transfers, adding design to character names, adding effects to your text box, offline npc to set up your shop. Make these things expirable they will be constantly making money. I don't know why they have done this yet.

Dress up your pet with fashion, add CS items that will make your pet run further to pick up drops, a special effect aura to surround your character, devil wings; angel wings; fairy wings; on your char, skill effect changes (instead of boring plume shot fire a freaking black-flamed arrow or something), 2x exp/2x drop that lasts for ~4 hours at a time that expires (1 person will only need it per squad), implement group training for leveling...so many other things they could include...I could go on and on and on....

Anyways, thoughts?

Most ive spoken to rage over it. Having goals auto finished or cash go bye bye. How fun is it srsly to run 80+ stuff with warsoul weps and every 100+ in s3 or above. If u change the gear average, change the fkn game content we fight with it aswell. And more to it than average gameplay? U mean afking in RoR? With new gear and no bosses or mobs hitting harder...no challenge. Fun game;)

Then you're an idiot to not realize the impact this will have on the rest of the game.
