If u spend a somewhat significant amount to a buttload of money charging zen, no matter how much u merchant, i call those ppl cashshopper b:victory they are excluded from who i call merchants at least in this game.

You're question also seems to be a bit irrelivant to this statement since we're talking about game management and rules and you talk about merchants and spending in-game wich has nothing to do with the game management or rules nor does it have any influence on that...

Because after 3 years even the former cash shoppers learn to merchant and the ratio of CC to nonCC do shift from time to time. You dont play the game, nor do you merchant so your are also less aware of the talk of pple converting, nor the amount of increased competition as a shop.

Well I kinda understand what you where saying but I don't see how in-game merchanting is related to rules and TOS violation... I didn't attack the cash shoppers or annything... I was just adding a little detail to a statement... PW most likely won't enforce their rules because the don't wanna lose some of their income... Income to the companny that is... Not whatever get's into the game...

What is CC? u mean CS? And how do u convert from CS to nonCS. Just because u stopped charging money doesn't mean u aren't a cashshopper... btw, if i don't play the game, why am i here b:chuckle I don't lurk forums i have no connection to. And I've merchanted more than most ppl on the server despite being away from game for almost 2 years. And yes, there are more people competing as a shops, but the competition has never increased. It's always been ppl trying to low ball each other all the time and it still is.

I kinda agree with not punishing the glitchers too hard though... GM's where clearly aware of the glitch and yet it took them so long to do something about it... Although they actualy had to wait for the China department... Besides when they mess up in our disadvantage we also have to bear with it for months (remember the PK thing in SP?)... So it's kinda fair... As a non-glitcher I'm not realy bothered by glitchers... So I'd say give them a minor punishment (maybe drop their lvles back a little) and let them go free... b:victory

So, once upon a time, in the 11th installment of a fantasy that is not final, there was this really cool place called Salvage, and in this place, players could obtain really awesome gear. Then came the fateful day of Jan 22, 2009. The Enix that is Square dropped the banhammer with a vengeance, smiting the smug expressions of the players who believed themselves to be above the rules. The message was clear: the Enix is in charge, not the players.

TL;DR: PWE could learn a lot about proper use of the banhammer from the Enix that is Square.

i knew that game is still alive and kicking so even if the best cash shopper where to be lost the game
still need to show who is boss.

Sadly, I don't think it will happen, because PWE's management doesn't appear to have much backbone when it comes to enforcing their rules.

I just say stop complaining about it, if ur pro u don't need stealth to win, and you
don't die to glitched 105'ers either.
I guess just suck it up and stop giving the GM's a hard time.

Good luck winning a lawsuit on that. If you willingly and knowingly break the rules you deserve to be punished. There's no clause in the terms of service stating that if you pay X amount of USD you are exempt from the rules. b:chuckle

Wishess spend 50k+ on this game. U think the jury's gonna say let it go
because some programmers were too slow on stopping a glitch and rob
this guy of 50k USD. Mmmmm... im pretty sure people in the right mind would
put PWI out of business.
I doubt the bans will be big, all the active and faithful players are 105 so if they ban,
this game will bite the dust. If u all just stop QQing, maybe you can keep this game
alive.
