That's exactly the issue, they shouldn't have stated it was banworthy if they weren't going to ban for it. The people that QQ about it are possibly the ones that followed the rules as they were afraid of getting banned. If they'd simply legalized the goon glitching nobody should have had an issue.

I don't see why you think following the rules in a game is a bad thing though... Would you prefer everybody bot their way to R9?
But why were people even mad about this from the start? There were no negatives to this.
The GM should have just legalized it rather than say its banable then take 3-4 months to fix it. And their fix was kind of half-hearted imo as the exp nerf also effects the goons at the end.

Some people were mad that they couldn't do it themselves because of bad gear. Guess what?
With that gear they weren't gonna get 105 anyway. Or even think about it. But if this glitch was made legal then they could eventually do it when their gear was good enough.

Then there is the camp that don't like glitches of any kind and will follow the TOS no matter what due to morals in a video game or something. If the GMs made it legal, then these people would shut up and do it themselves.

Then we could stop the qq from this which will never end. We will probably get more problems if people start getting banned.

Besides 105 in endgame doesn't really matter. Its R9 or gtfo.

Also, why should we even care about the TOS? It's been shown time and time again that the GMs don't give a damn about the players, so why bother with their rules?

That's good to hear frankie. Are you going to also permaban the worst offenders who abused the Caster Nirvana glitch???

If you're this frustrated with your cleric, maybe you should just not play it anymore...

Most ppl, even main addicted, never look into forum. Even i couldnt find the statement of frankie that its not allowed to do it (i asked once community for a link but no1 answered me). TBH to me the 3rd boss glitch looked like a summer event as gv glitch b:laugh

I seriously had the feeling that they want to motivate ppl playing this game during summer time this way. C'mon... the more u hit a boss (the more money u spent on weapon), the more mobs spawn... (and u could only stay alive with hp charms and/or very well refined gear --> u spent alot of money). This rly didnt look like a bug, it looked like an unannounced event. There even was the rumor that they changed frost cz u need lvl 105 for r10 which will be released in near future.

When something is bannable or not allowed they tell it at start screen normally (they changed e.g. the comment about pvp in sp several times). Or they should make at least a sticky thread about it.

And dont tell me "hey, its said in general in the terms of conditions". Cz there is NOT a single person with 100+ char in game who followed all the rules. Cz its common in a game to do what the others do. Or was every1 of u never in a squad for BH3-3 who did it with door glitch? Or was every1 of u never in squad for BH ws who glitched snake? Most of the ppl just call it a "trick". Just read in this thread how casters r making excuses regarding caster glitch. Ofc they benefit ALOT of doing it. And OFC they wont admit it.

He got a few 3 day bans and told a bunch of people he was permabanned.

i guessed this could be the case too, but he was gone a long time betwen those bans so figured it could be truth too. but if i'm not mistaken there have been some cases of people who got screwed because of paypal and got banned until they gave pwe money (not sure about this, just heard some peolpe ranting)

The worst offenders will be banned in the near future. The list is made up of cash shoppers and non-cash shoppers. We won't be able to disclose the names of those banned, but we will let you know when it happens.

It would be good to see how worst offenders will be banned.
    ...

If most of players play according TOS, then those who got advantages because they "even don't care about the TOS" must be banned.

In this case I will be able to see, that GMs help real players to enjoy pwi.

Also one of the good moments at pwi for my Wizard was to interrupt Venomancer glitching Gouf, Aerox Chief with her Pet.

I simply got agro from her to do Cultivation quest for my Cleric.

it says on TOS that any glitch/exploit is a bannable offense when used to get any advantage over other players. But lets face it, is too late for PWE try to ban people. too many would need to be banned to be fair with everyone

Pshhhh... Yeah I tried the FC Goons a few times for the LOLs... but not enough to move me from 101. However, I would give my eye teeth to be able to go back and goonz all the way to 105 if all I'm facing is a 3 day ban. Heck... even a 2 week or month long ban would still be worth it. Whenever it ended and I came back I would still be 105.

The ideal situation would have been to roll back the exp of the worst offenders to what they were before they abused the glitch. But now anything less than a perma ban will be meaningless because whenever the ban ends they'll still be... yep you guessed it... 105. b:bye

There are like 300+ ppl 105 not counting 104lvl and we all know that you glitch your way to 105 if not prove it, if you cant, dont say anything. We pisst cuz we didnt get the time to glitch our way to 105 like u did. And now we want u to paYY!

The bigger problem imo is that there is no way today to reach lvl 105 (if this is ur aim). The main reason is that u can activate hypers only 10x per day now (some time ago u was able to let them time out and just start a new session which u can activate 10x again).

Another reason is they messed up the 2nd part of frost while fixing the 1st part. THIS was rly lame. Seriously.. when those cn developers even r not able to just exchange mobs in an instance (which give the same amount of exp), they r not worth their money. They should just hire new ones which know how to do their job. Or they should make pw open source so fans can fix the basics. Btw. computer scientist which cant speak/ read english seems to be very unique phenomena in china....

At this point PW may as well have told everyone that they can glitch away, because no one is ever going to do anything about it. Pathetic, but how it is. I see people constantly who have broken TOS with altering game files, glitching, scamming, blatantly harassing other players and nothing is ever done. So basically in this game go do whatever in the hell you want, there's no one trying to stop you anyway. There's not even a point in trying to hit 105 anymore.

The reality is that a lot more people used the glitch than you would think, it's just that they didn't make it to lvl 105. A lot of people glitched alts to lvl 100, 101, etc, but of course that's all OK because they don't have a new avatar right? It's really **** to shout for bans on the level 105s when the truth is that a significant number of non-104/105s on the server used it themselves. If you people don't remember, there were constant world chats for glitch leveling services.

sorry, he's not optimistic, but he's stating somewhat he believes as a fact of what truly is happening.

if he put something along the lines like "I believe / still have a hope GM will do something about it", I wouldnt write what I wrote above. That, is being optimistic, which, he doesnt shown.

He just blindly believes like he works on a desk right next to the GMs and know what they're actually doing, and put the words like thats a fact.

    Jeez people.

Kritty is doing his job to the best of his ability within the constraints of said position.

    Same goes with frankie.

Not everything goes as planned, happens as fast as you'd like, or turns out perfect. Grow up, get a real job, and you'll understand. Try communication and questions instead of random QQ and bashing, and you'll get further (or at least anywhere at all).

At least they're pushing for things, and giving responses. Multiple other games over the years, you wouldn't even hear a peep or explanation and poof stuff just happens or doesn't happen.

For the expansions you have to thank chinese folks and it seems like that we have positioned GMs as a black sheep and we keep making them sad with threads and posts like this but its true they are not doing there best... kindly saying.
And we pulled Kritty into this cuz we had to qq about something and kritty came in our mind cuz hes the most active mod, and ok he is not shaming GMs about there sins like we do but he has been with us while there was no GMs in sight to moderate us and provide us with advices.

Paragraphs and complete sentences that isolate points man. It will help.

You don't have to QQ about anything or direct it at people. It's not kind when you name call, send negativity without constructive criticism, etc. Just going "This Place Sucks!" without saying why, or what you want, or even just moving on to a place "That doesn't suck" is just ridiculous.

Seriously, some people should read their own posts as a third party. Does it even communicate what you're trying to get across, or are you just typing to kill time?

Instead of QQing, you can pick something you feel needs change, explain it, explain what you'd want done, and lobby for it. Otherwise you're just adding noise and not being productive and looking like a fool.

Instead of targeting a visible representative, you could communicate with said staff to isolate who is actually responsible for a change you feel needs implemented - and how to push for that change. It's like going to the IT person that runs the company's network to complain about the quality of their product. Sure, the person can empathize, but they have nothing to do with that.

Bleh. Not to be all "The old days..." but wow.

a month of 2x didn't drop the prices, caster NV did?
    GG, GG

it's still worth more to do normal NV... 5aps do it in like 5 mins with current states of gear... CNV takes more time, more pots, and more diverse players while most ppl can just 2-3 man normal NV.... it also takes much better gear then an average 5aps sin/bm has - therefore more money to get there
and just calculating the fact most casters can't even get BH done cuz they are not wanted, therefore get no talis makes me lol @ this
we can't even solo frost like the sins/BMs can with BP to lvl.... specially sins with stealth
being a caster in this game is horrible and e1 knows it, CNV was the 1st sign they even care....

you can never ever think like that one always go from what is allowed in a game.

you do not make the rules pwi make the rules and you obey them.

getting r9 was allowed glittching goon was not.

this might be a game but even a game need rules and pwi have to show ppl what they get for breaking them or we have ppl like you making there own rules in pwi game.
