      As for the DimSum TW against you guys, we were toying with you to say the least. We barely built towers, and barely pulled catapults. Tried pulling cats in the beginning, and got something done but after about 20 minutes I think, no more catas were being pulled for the most part. Kill farming is so much more fun b:chuckle Notice how near the end we had 1 person pull a cat to take down a tower - HQ quickly. Yea, I'm sure we could have ended it within 20 minutes if we really wanted to. No reinforcements were sent from the other TW as a certain someone was soloing it b:chuckle

      Awww Kiyoshi figured me out, yes it's an alt, but not becuz I have an inferiority complex, but to protect my faction. Seriously tho, is that the best you can come up with? I'm disappointed

      Seems like you cannot comprehend that those powermongers might also have fun in game being "powerful". Oh wait, troll.

      To protect your faction... really? Man up and speak you mind... don't bother hiding on meaningless alts. Whats the worse that can happen... you get booted? If you are actually worth anything... there will be 10 more guild lining up to recruit you into their ranks.

      Gotta love how what I said gets twisted around to mean something totally different. So far I've been accused of not recognizing scarasm and wit, not understanding how being powerful can be fun and hiding behind an alt becuz i'm afraid of you. About the whole alt thing, it's to protect my faction and my friends I have seen how certain people go after not just the person that critized or offended them in some way but include everyone around that person in their insults and taunts, so you can call me a coward or whatever I really don't care, protecting them is more important to me. As to the sarcasm and wit thing, I already answered that one. The comprehending how being powerful in the game is fun, I never said it wasn't. Most of the highest levels in this game have a right to be proud of what they accomplished. It's the few who somehow think that they have the right to belittle, taunt and malign others just becuz they bought their way to the top. Seems to me they aren't powerful in the sense of gameplay, just have more money than common sense.

      please forgive me, perhaps i have been in enrage so long that the over powered egos and such just seem to make me laugh more than irritate. most of my closest friends and most looked up to guildies are those with the huge egos and attitudes (dont ask me why)

      the sarcasm comment wasnt necessarily directed at you, but perhaps many parts of this whole thread.

      Awww... thats really cute. You protecting a bunch of baby noobs. All I gotta say is that thank god my friends has two arms, two legs and a brain to fend for themselves.

      Protecting someone is not about hidding behind a tree and hope no one recongnize you so you and your little buddies can crawl under the radar. Thats just a new level of pathetic. Grow a pair... and at least get off your knee and try walking for a change.

      Hate to bring it to you, but that's also a part of the game since it's a competitive game. Personally i'm no fan of people doing that, but if you TW and follow the forums for a while you get used to it. If you take this game and everything around it too serious, ya you might get butthurt eventually. What you're doing is merely giving them food to troll on.

      And not everyone uses real money to get hax gear. There's other effective ways which means many work hard for what they get.

      I'm sure your friends appreciate you protecting them by ascribing your opinion to a hidden alt. What are you protecting them from? people who arent afraid to have their main linked with their opinion? really, whats the worst think that could happen.

      By that logic of not taking one's toon/toon's reputation as to how they play as seriously as some people do then why can't you rotate the TW map? I don't think it's a good idea to wipe the map every month/week, but maybe a compromise would be in order. My initial ideas, before this thread got swallowed whole were...
      1) clean the map after one faction has taken over completely
      2) compromise with some factions keeping some levels of land while wiping the others...although that seems too messy imo

      I do absolutely agree that you really should not take someone's opinion of an issue or they game play style seriously. But then, there were several individuals that went out of their way to dare I say harass the OP with personal attacks on his toon's style of gameplay. Has it really occurred to some people that his style of game gear is meant to troll the mainstream? Yes, I am biased towards him but that's beside the point. Do I think he went a little overboard on his started post? Well I think he went overboard with his purposefully less than pro build but otherwise it was a great post. Do I necessarily agree with his style and choice of gear? Meh *shrug* I'm on the fence with that although in his defense he is very good in instances and anything dealing with pve, like me he's just inexperienced in pk. If you don't like his threads, ignore them, I ignore threads from people that make no sense either.

      Should we both work on it to become better at TW? Absolutely, no doubt about it. Should we get better gear such as r8? Not really if you have the skills and other decent gear such as Tier 2 Nirvana but I digress. However, at the same time, we shouldn't have to be harassed about it. Trolling or not, it is a form of bullying. Some of these posts, dare I say are barbaric in nature. Honestly how would some of you feel if you were thrown nasty comments towards you? We all have our own opinions on this matter and we have a right to defend them. Absolutely NO ONE deserves to be stabbed at, debated against sure, but never stabbed. This thread is now full of obvious venom and hate, if there was actually sarcasm in those posts then it sure is hard to tell through the text. I want to have fun with everyone, but why all the hatred please?

      This game continues to evolve and we all want to have a good time. That being said we all have a right to state our opinion on a change and we have a right to not get flamed at. Just because someone has the liberty to just fool around with someone does not mean they have the right to stab at them in a sadistic sense. There is a fine line to be drawn in the realm of trolling and being seriously hurtful. I think that boundary has been crossed over a long time ago.

      I would think the mature thing to do for the OP is to pm an apology to him, however some people are just above that it seems. Seriously grow up and accept the challenge. If you are a good player, then you can be a good friend and a good communicator.

      I'm finished with this thread. This thread should have been locked a long time ago, but whatever. I have said my piece and now I'm done.

      Anyway it's always nice to see a post in this thread from a serious TW faction that isn't completely egotistic and actually mature about things. Thank you Anne.

      though i will say thank you, i must state that my comments are always from me, not the faction. i go carebear mode sometimes and choose to be the PR person reminding everyone that this is a game(where did i place my rad app again? j/k <3)

      the reality is that this community is made up of all sorts of people that play the game all sorts of different ways, and we all try to cohabit as much as possible. as pointed out earlier, text has no emotion. sarcasm is hard to read in text form, and some opinions here were portrayed a bit harshly. oh well. people are gonna say what they think the way they want to. it is always you (then genreal you, not you specific) that chooses how to take things.


      i still think map resets at any certain interval would be stupid. lets all just have fun til Enrage and EvilTree take over the map, shall we? =)

      Im glad everyone is having fun. Enrage doesnt care if your having fun playing the game. They have shown time and time again that they try and make it miserable for everyone. Do you think Enrage would be against a TW reset every few months if the pay was still mirages? Its all about the TW pay for them and they dont want to see it passed around to other factions to help them grow.
