    Not everyone that started to play in 2008 got the email. It was just some people cause they didn't had enough for everyone.

    Yeah I didn't get the email as I had the newsletter box unchecked so never received promo codes etc. Only came across this problem a few months back. I have always had bad customer service from PWI over the past 8 years so unfortunately I don't really expect anything to come from this so just like to remind them of their inconsistencies.

    Well over a week later and still nothing arrived here.
    Can I just receive something ingame then? Because it seems I won't be getting anything in real life anyway...

    Send in a ticket. I just had the event GM tell me this yesterday since I have the same issue.​​

    Was "acknowledged" on Orinj's wall on July 25th...still not recieved anything. Has anyone from the UK got a plushie?

    Bumping now expansion is out of the way...maybe someone will have time to look at this again.
