    I won a plushie from teh screenshot contest for the anniversary. I don't have anything and my address is accurate. Sad face!

    Theres a wave just hitting now - got a notice in my mailbox.

    After picking it up - it was a statuish thing, and a giant catshop plush...and a code that I haven't redeemed yet.

    IMPORTANT NOTE : In the beginning of this we the players were told to update our real life information on our ARC profile so there wouldn't be issues for delivery. I noticed that instead of my real name being used it was my login username instead.

    Due to it not having my real name on it my post office almost didn't let me pick it up because there was no relation to me on the package. Lucky for me I've been a player for so long that I basically know their address by heart hahaha so all good here but a big issue that should be notated and addressed with future mailings.

    Yeah tek, I nearly had the same issue, but luckily the dude handling it for our post office was a huge gamer as well, and my login closely resembles my last name..

    @thenamesdomino not to complain though, i'm happy with it, but did something change about the actual plushies people were supposed to get (like the one in post above me).

    It seems (at least to me) that there are somewhere around 15-20 total unique items being sent out, and what you get is just a crapshoot from there.

    I got the same pillow as Quin, but instead of the powerbank I got the statueish thing that you gotta slightly assemble lol. So theres at least 4 different items we have in this wave

    I live in the United States (California).
    I am a 90 minute drive away from PWE's office in Redwood City.

    I was informed by Ticket Handlers that I MUST have my issue resolved through the community manager.
    My issue is directly related to this thread, so I feel this is the appropriate place for it.

    I do not have the ability/permissions to message the Community Manager directly.

    Please, give me DIRECTIONS, so that I know what I need to do.



    Last year,
    I got 1st place in a Community Contest.
    It was the 7 Year, PWI Anniversary screenshot contest. <-- Link Here

    This was back in September of 2015.
    The prize for this contest was supposed to be a statue.
    The same statue promised to players in this thread.

    Recent staff replies have not addressed me. I am not outside the U.S.


    If this is not an appropriate post to have in this thread,
    PLEASE, reach out to me, and tell me the appropriate method to handle this.
    All i want, is acknowledgement that staff has read my post, and to be told what is/will/can be done.
    I want to know how I can get this resolved.

    I still have not received my Plushies or anything in the mailbox. I was told last year that i was getting a lot of different plushies... still others are receiving theirs and nothing yet here in U.S.A.

The individual who was previously tasked with maintaining this game had informed me that all anniversary plushies, prizes, and everything related to the event had been taken care of; and that you, our partners, had been cared for, and that we had properly shown our love and appreciation towards you.

    It came to my attention today that such was not the case.

    I am disappointed, saddened, and disgusted to see that this portion of the last year's anniversary event had in effect been abandoned by the game's previous caretaker. Rest assured I have taken the necessary action to rectify this mistake.

    Domino, Sheepclouds, Liunatik, and I will personally take over this task and try to get these gifts out to you as soon as possible. Please bear with us, as there is an information-gathering phase that will need to take place before we can assign the proper gifts to the proper people. Also, if you were winner any of the contests that ran during these time, I kindly ask that you PM me and provide me context so that I can expedite this task.

    My most humble and most heartfelt apologies goes out to you, our players, our partners, our people, who keep this game running and continue to make it great. These are not empty words that I use. I truly mean them from the bottom of my heart. We will do our best to rectify this mistake. This act of neglect does not represent who we are as a team, as an organization, and as a partner to you.

    In a world where time is the most precious of commodities, I thank you for not only reading this post but also for being a loyal member of PWI.

    Sad to learn this but im not shocked.

    It was a large task that should have been handed to an external contractor once it was large enough project to need the support with out draining the workload from the people who we need ingame and on our forums.

    Thank you for taking the time to update us on this. That is what this community needs more often than not.
