    Hey you said you have some old game clients? I have been having trouble trying to do some of the character editing that they say is nonbannable. But I have some kind of messed up pwi file I think.

    Yes, but still it doesn't answer my question. I didn't lvl to lose it so fast and for nothing. Don't know yet how the system will work, maybe after all possible reincarnations it will be given back...
    Im confused. which is it >.> 99 or 105

    The historical figure is the figure before you reincarnated and is max level of 105 as of now. After reincarnating, you can maximum level to 100.

    I've been having a quick look at the skills so far, it doesn't look like the changes are tied directly to skills. At this point, the changes could very well be related to the reincarnation system. I'll keep on digging to see what I can scrounge up.

    These are all things that are new / updated from the last go.

    All classes have like 4 new books that come in 2 varieties (assuming demon / sage).
    You need from 10 - 60 of the thing on the right and 1 of the thing on the left
    The thing on the left is different for each book.
    The NPC to make these books is autopathing me to Morai.

    Also the skill books list 1 or 2 demon / sage skills as a prerequisite so that confirms these are Demon / Sage Level 2.

    EDIT AGAIN:
    That new archer skill is actually the merger of frost arrow + deadly shot.

    Auto-teaming sounds awesome. The more I look at the video, the more i'm convinced the new skills will only be changed if you're doing this new system. If it works like all of other ones have worked where you quest/get items for each specific skill, we may be able to choose whether or not to upgrade it. Which I really hope is the case. Not to happy about those spirit levels. Or the autobotting system, but we'll see how it is I suppose.

    Health recovered is 20% of your max HP

    I know it's a lot to take in, but, this is what seems to be the case for me.
    Going through the reincarnation process, to unlock the upgraded skills, will solve the issue of stances **** with the majority of bonus effects like Ion Spike and Heartseeker.
    Ladies and Gentlemen; It took them long enough, but, they found a way to solve the stance problem.

    EDIT: Quick note on the Seeker changes from earlier, most of them appeared near the same area that the evolved skills were found. I presume they too are evolved.

    I was looking through what Ast. posted, doesn't seem like there's a long CD on barb HP buff.

    Definitely looks that way, I'll need to do a clean up on the barb skills to make it more accurate.
    EDIT: same thing probably goes for BM's too.

    Can't figure out the others, though.

    I'll leave BM/barb/sin/seeker to Lunari since he was the one that translated those.

    As for mystic, just seems Swirling Mist got it's CD increased to 15sec due to now being AOE. There's also a skill description for Devil Chihyu, but nothing's changed from current level 11 except text at the bottom that basically says it's "basic properties" (stats?) were improved. So it might be tankier/deal more damage, I guess?

    Wizard skill is entirely new, I think. I'll work on that one.

    Edit- New wizard skill~

    Frost Flame (new skill?):

    Channel Time 2.0 seconds
    Cast Time 1.8 seconds
    Cooldown 30 seconds
    Get 30 chi from using this skill

    Causes damage equal to base magic attack, 800% weapon damage, and 9779 damage.

    I believe there are different effects based on which shield you are using (either Pyroshell/Glacial Embrace).

    Glacial Embrace effect- Reduction of something (doesn't specify what; it's probably a slow) by 80% for 6 seconds.
    Pyroshell effect- 50% chance to stun target for 3 seconds.

    Sage~ Reduces target's water defense by 20% for 15 seconds.
    Demon~ Stun chance increased to 60%.

    Bah Archers are getting totally screwed out of this update.

    1) 2 spark aoe slow thats combination of deadly shot and frost arrow. Cause I really want to spend 2 sparks slowing people. Let's throw a 3 minute cooldown on it too to guarantee it being worthless.
    2) A vicious arrow that will tick for 400 damage instead of 200 damage. So scary!
    3) Wingspan that is now 2 meters bigger area. Yay? Archer is now so good at melee!
    4) Winged Shell can now absorb 500 more damage which doesn't matter anyway because it will still pop in 1 hit from everything. We're still stuck with a 45 chi defense charm while other classes get stupidly good pdef buffs.

    They basically took skills no archer ever uses and slightly buff them but not enough to make them at all viable.

    That's 3 expansions in a row where archers got shafted. Why are people saying these devs know what they are doing?

    And what/when exactly did assassins get in any expansion at all that is useful?
    It's all about the casters!

    I do have to admit that rib strike looks absolutely rediculous in terms of damage, which will make it the hardest hitting skill a sin can have... which is absolutely... not making any sense at all.
    Then again, most assassins don't even know what the current hardest hitting skill is b:chuckle

    Though the other skill with the 3 second freeze(?) seems like tackling slash that hits harder(?), but only freezes 3 seconds instead of 9...

    inb4 but assassins are op, aps, nerf nerf, qq.

    Barb changes. Yeah, unless otherwise stated, the changes are related to the evolved/reincarnated skills:
    =======================

    Beast King's Inspiration

    Channel 0.7 seconds
    Cast 1.8 seconds
    Cooldown 2 minutes

    As it turns out, the increased cooldown is for the evolved version. Can't tell you why that is, only real change is they shifted 0.2 seconds off the cast and onto the channeling. Goes without saying: if it's optional, stay the hell away from it.
    =======================
    Stomp of the Beast King

    Inflicts base physical damage plus 5266 damage.
    If the target is a player, a debuff is applied:
    For 6 seconds, skill damage is increased by 8%, this effect can stack up to 5 times.

    The debuff decreased from 10% to 8%. That's pretty much it.

    ========================
    Beastial Onslaught

    Demon: Crit rate has gone up to 40%. That's it.
    ========================
    Berserker's Wrath/Rage

    Imma have to say my bad on this one.
    Turns out they were actually describing the fact they were gonna nerf the **** out of the 1st/"Rage" Version. The 2nd/Wrath version remains the same, well there's an extra 100MP on top, but, maybe that was already on there.


    Berserker's Rage

    Attack all enemies within 20 meters of the target, dealing 40% of base physical damage.
    Has a chance to knock flying enemies to the ground and prevent them from flying for 18 seconds.
    You deal triple damage to targets in the air. The chance to ground opponents is approximately 70%.
    The minimum success rate is 50% and the maximum success rate is 90%.
    100 percent accuracy.

    Has no effect on enemies 5 levels higher than you.

    Cannot use while flying.
    Costs 2 Sparks.

    Everything else mentioned on my previous Barb post seems to match up.
    So... Might not be so bad. Only time will tell on how reincarnated skills will work.

    I feel like archers are a class they have to be really careful about buffing because if you give them too much of a buff, they will just completely dominate both 1v1 and mass pvp (where as, now it's archers are probably the worst 1v1 class and one of the, if not the, best mass pvp classes). Sins would also have this problem if they weren't so straight-up 1v1 based and thus kinda useless half the time in mass pvp.

    That being said, they have quite a few skills that are either in dire need of a buff (Winged Shell) or just a complete remake (Vicious/Serrated/Deadly). ****, they could just remake Blazing+Frost+Vicious+Serrated Arrows into something a la seeker stances or what they seem to try to be doing with wizzzie barriers and just have those as attack buffs with special effects for certain skills depending on what you have activated at the moment. b:shutup

    i would rather they change blessing of the condor to be more like sin skill demon focused mind.. same duration and cool down as blessing of the condor..

    so it would be 6 sec of demon focused mind with 3min cool down

    would make that skill more useful

    I will have to disagree about the new archer skill,

    It will have 20% chance to deal 2.6x base archer dmg ++

    Meaning if the amp procs it will be one of the hardest hitting archer skill, and the 1.5 second time of amp might be long enough to get 1 auto attack off after.

    Sounds like all killer no filler!

    I don't think it deals added damage if it procs. I think it just applies the ice prison debuff for 1.5s. 2 sparks for a 20% chance of doing something useful every 3 minutes doesnt sound good to me. That's 10 sparks on average per proc for a 1.5s debuff? I don't see that working out.

    <rant>Looking at the crappy vicious arrow it's pretty clear these devs have no idea how DoTs work.

    Consider a sin's base damage is like 700% weapon damage and so a basic zerk crit would be at least 2800% weapon damage. Factoring in added skill damage / wolf emblem / chill and you get like 4500% in one attack.

    These genious devs are giving vicious arrow 600% but making sure that has no chance to crit and spreading out that damage over 10 seconds just in case you were worried about it.

    For a DoT to be viable it would really need around 6000% weapon attack (like 4k damage a tick). That might make someone with 20k+ hp back off and try to purify the dot instead of just ignore it like they do now.

    This souped up vicious arrow is still a factor of 10 too small for anyone to bother with it. Factoring in crit this improved vicious is less than half of my base damage spread out over 10s.

    Ohh and also you won't have any chance to purge with this skill.

    Why are the devs pushing archers to use crappy skills when they can't even get our R9 weapon proc to work with them?</rant>
