Alright; with the plethora of information given to me by Asterelle and everyone else, I've now got a better understanding of what changes have happened to Seeker skills.
I present to you, the newly improved list of changes for Seekers.

Seekers

Rock Splitting Cleave:
Normal versions can now be cast from ranged.
Demon and Sage versions have had their cast range increased to 20m.
Sage now deals an additional 500 damage to replace it's effect.

Staggering Strike:
Demon and Sage versions have had their cast range increased to 20m.

Arme Nier:
Cast range is increased to 28m

Quid Pro Quo:
Cast range is increased to 28m
Demon and Sage versions have had their cooldowns reduced to 30 seconds.

Blade Affinity:
Demon and Sage versions have had their cooldowns reduced to 30 seconds.
Demon version now lasts 2 seconds longer to replace it's effect.

Sacrificial Slash:
Cooldown is reduced to 30 seconds. It will also mention that the buff/debuff are independent from each other.
(Still a few difficulties with this one; it mentions the NSW debuff, but, still unsure if they will stack or just overwrite each other as per normal)

Edit:Credit to Catal for informing us that "Sacrificial Strike" and "God of Frenzy" now trigger for the following metal skills.

Battousai:
Can now trigger "Sacrificial Strike" and "God of Frenzy".
All versions have had their cast times reduced to 1.3 seconds.

Heartseeker:
Can now trigger "Sacrificial Strike" and "God of Frenzy".
Demon and Sage have had their immobilize rate increased to 100%.
Sage now deals an additional 1600 damage, replacing it's effect.
Demon now immobilizes for an additional 2 seconds, replacing it's effect.

Ion Spike:
Can now trigger "Sacrificial Strike" and "God of Frenzy".
Demon and Sage have had their weapon damage increased to 200%, additional damage is increased to 5100, Metal resistance is now reduced by 50%, and, duration is increased to 15 seconds.
Sage now deals an additional 1600 damage, replacing it's effect.
Demon now increases the duration by a further 10 seconds, replacing it's effect. (25 seconds)

Edged Blur:
All versions can not crit, however, have a chance equal to 2x your critical rate to deal 1.5x damage.

Rewinding Gesture:
Cooldown reduced to 3 minutes. Now costs 20 chi.

Archangels of Justice:
Now costs 1 spark.

Angel Skill-Meteor Storm:
Stun rate is no longer reliant on soulforce. Stun rate is now 90%.

Blood-thirsty Blitz:
Text is changed to generate Massive Threat

Alright, so, after looking through the game files provided by Asterelle; I could find no mention of Battousai/Heartseeker/Ion Spike activating any other stances, so, it was probably bad info from the unofficial thread. Whether any further changes have been made for seekers is beyond my patience to trawl through game files for something remotely relevant.

OK checked most of the damage over time and is not pure 100%-400% weapon damage, is the 100%-400% damage PLUS the set damage that had before, for example

Crown of Flames was

basic magic damage plus 5639 over 15 seconds.

It was changed to

basic magic damage plus 200% weapon damage PLUS 5639 over 9 seconds/6seconds.



Thunderball was:

Basic magic damage plus 6800 over 15 seconds.


It was changed to

basic magic damage plus 400% weapon damage PLUS 6800 over 12 seconds/9seconds.

This seems to be the case for every DOT skill.

Only other server to compare to is HT for population. And our server is dominated with Arcanes and Bm's.

God I hope that translation for Devour is correct, it may be the saving grace for barbs.

BM updates ain't bad either. Bout time sage got a bit of a buff, although I don't see it increasing the Sage BM population.

I know for a fact without playing on your server that you have in excess of 70 R9 Archers..

HT only has about 40 or 50... compared to our like 80 BMs and 70ish Arcanes.

Well the PvP servers are pretty much dead so their active playerbase won't have more R9 archers. That is a fact.

That leaves

RT which is flooded with sins.

HT which is mostly BM and Arcanes.

Arch has a lower end population as well

DW is the only one I'm not sure about but I'll wager 500 mil that they have less R9 Archers then Sanc.

I get the feeling that someone is upset that two archers from two different servers agree on the same thing. One provided concrete stats of the number of their archers and the other is based off of speculation but admitting it is less then the other. That being said those two servers have a larger population then any other server.

Furthering that in a pure % ratio of player having R9 per total player in addition to that player being an archer.

Sanctuary wins out.

You can compare the rankings pages easily enough. Before looking I'm just going to bet Sanctuary will have the most.

Number of archers in first 3 pages of PVP rankings

Sanc - 32
DW   - 30
HT   - 27
RT   - 26
HL   - 20
LC   - 17

And it does! I admit I'm a bit surprised the other servers were even that close. I'd be willing to bet if you looked at only R9+12 bows Sanctuary would be far more than the others. After looking at youtube videos or walking through arch you can tell the servers have pretty different class demographics.

I am not upset about frost glitchers kissing each others *****.

In fact. I never even said it was false LOL. Just wanted stats to validate that sanctuary has the biggest population. But alas no one can show me PROOF.

And the rankings do not mean ****. They are completely buggy and unreliable.

It seems that either Plume Shell description was wrong all along... and always was like that and they are making the fix in the text now, or is a nerf.... it would be insanely ridiculous if a cleric skills is indeed being nerfed, when they have done nothing to nerf assassin skills.

I can confirm that Plume Shell had no channel. It comes out very quickly.

Ast's list isn't very updated. A lot of archers have completed their sets since then.
