Actually at the moment I'm quite busy with moving. I'm getting my first ever house, moving out of a female's hobo shelter finally. I'm a bit pre occupied with running around tryna buy some white goods and etc over the next couple days. After I move though I'll get back on it. I should be all settled by this weekend. I'm sooo excited I finally get my own place to live in, even if it's rented. xD

Think of all the beer to be had... b:dirty

After all the **** they put me through I've now officially emotionally disowned my [immediate] family. I never answer their calls and emails and I don't think I ever will because they refused to admit to or see any fault in what they did. They also managed to convince extended family it was all my fault too but that all changed when one of my cousins lived with us for a little while.

Now I can finally break from the hobo phase and get into full term rented accommodation and kinda start over with my life. Hoping to start volunteering somewhere to get into a job. ^-^

My moving date is postponed though till Thursday to find more furniture I need so I may or may not be back into this by the weekend. If not next week should see some more Venomafia cover art. o.o

K so I'm more or less settled in apart from some cleaning I need to do. I kinda overindulged on some pizza but fatty Rei is gunna try to get the cleaning done tonight so tomorrow is free for a livestream. I'm giving a forewarning because I know it's close to Christmas (which I finally don't have to celebrate now that I'm living on my own) and wanted to see if anyone would be avail for one tomorrow.

Now that i have the option to Im going to get serious with the comic, as a 24/7 thing cept for weekends trololol. However tomorrow's livestream is actually going to be Kyna's detail Catriona peekture of death and blisters from a pen that has a burning passion of hatred for curves since it was kinda on my list before the comic, and a tad over due >_> <_<. Theeis wan.




Figured that since it has so much detail already I won't hold back and probably end up adding more to it. NEed to fix the hands and stuff too. If it doesnt get done in the laivstreim it's everyone else's fault for distracting me. :<

K so this is as far as I got on the livestream, made some changes and edited mistakes etc. I think the most noticeable change is her face. It looked rather dopey because it was sloped a bit, her eye was too high, nostril was too far away and mouth was too low and also the wrong shape. Think it looks a bit better now, tried to give her a little more of an expression as well because the other one seemed a bit too cold and it doesn't fit Cat's personality. I also enlarged her ear and made it sit a little lower, in comparison to where her eyes sit. I added more detail to her belt plate thingy, mostly greek style squares given the style of the dress but I will take the detail off the curved thick bars on the side that hold the semi circle, to balance the design better. There's detail then there's overkill rofl.

I updated the wings to a slightly more feathery texture and expanded the lower two to come around the front for a couple reasons. They were too short, even if they were folded, not something a person of her size could fly with. I also wanted them to be a little more "involved" in the picture, not cramped to the side. This meant they would be hiding her hands which is both a good and bad thing. One because I was struggling with her hand and arms which also needed serious touch ups proportion wise but it's bad since as an artist you should never seek to hide areas you struggle with, otherwise you never learn.

I'm only making this one exception for this picture however. Guys feel free to nitpick with it, since I'm going through and making all these edits if you see or think anything is off please tell me. There's something that still bothers me about her face but I'm not sure what. I think it's that her chin/ cheek slope in too steep. Opinions?

Oh yeah Kyna tell me if there's anything you wanted to add or minus while I'm still working on it.

OMGGG.... she's gorgeous! so awesome x_x so much detail lol. Though I would suggest one small thing... making her hips and waist a little wider to match her top half she's lookin a little top heavy XD oh but I LOOOOVE those wings!

I think I figured out what was a little off about the face. It kinda has to do with the face being kinda long and her features being a little scrunched up in one spot. I used photoshop to alter the lines just a little bit after flipping it. I've found lately that flipping the canvas helps me a lot to figure out what I'm doing wrong with faces (hooray for my wandering eyeballs.... I swear I always have to lasso one in on my line art ;__;)

Yeah I was a little suspicious about the length of her face.

I used to use the flip trick for when I'd draw on paper, just hold it up on the other side and it's generally a sure fire way to picking up mistakes, I just never though of flipping an image on a program. But yeah that face looks waaaay better. Imma edit it like that with the hips suggestion too. c:

Here's a quick play around I did with the face but I'm not entirely happy with it yet. I'm too tired to continue it tonight so I'll fix it up later, however it also has some other minor changes. Decided to keep the larger size so you could see the details up close. The theme song for this one seems to be Nero - Me & You. Music just fits for wutever reason.

K noobs I though of a new [secret] gag and it happens that it opens up a spot for a new role. However it's very class specific, it HAS to be an assassin. Male or female is cool. I'm not going to say much other than this role is going to be Murcas's friend.

They won't have any lines however they WILL see some of the action. Because they don't say anything they don't need a bio or history or whatever. I'll be selecting the entrant on their originality with their character design. I like to have a cast where each individual looks as unique as possible, I can't stand reading mangas where they all look the same.

The priority for the spot will preferably go to someone who hasn't already been selected for another role, but that's variable depending on the applications I get. There's no level requirement so you could literally just make a level 1 noob and link to some fashion for them or even just have them appear in their race armour, the starting stuff, since it's pretty visually appealing.

I'm not going to be drawing any preset characters however so be creative with your customization. Syn also suggested to have applications for canon/ backgroung characters. However due to the story there's not many people around in the background for most of it. However at some points there's opportunities for that, and those spots will go to everyone who applied but didn't get a main cast role. If there's more of the canon spots open after they'd been filled, I'll open some new apps for it.

So basically everyone who applied at this point WILL have an appearance in it.

Er yeah so for the Sin role, you just gotta give me front/ back/ side screenies. As many as you feel are suitable but make sure they end up including your whole body and I need a close up of your face as well. Also a close up shot of your hair style, front/ side/ back please. Link to screenies any fashion, armour or specific weapon you'd like.

Ok, I mentioned an idea I had a page back or so, but didn't say what it was...

I was thinking that... with how PWI is putting in a lot of new fashion into the game and sometimes having them on sale... that, there should be a shop that is having a sale on fashion (with new fashion as well)... which brings in the characters that care about fashion... and in the end they start fight over getting the fashion...

also, this was mentioned in livestream so I am going to cut and paste what I said (as it'd be easier)

"if catshops are going to be in the story at all.... I wanna see the venomafia fill one or all of them up with helium and watch them float up into the sky until they pop when a human's flying sword hits it"



Also, for the background character spots... my 3 BMs... Onbekend, Aldanaan, and Corseque (I'll get screenies if you need, but you can find them easily in my Screenshot Thread)

As for the gags, the catshop helium thing is a deffy, but I'd have to work out if a scene involving a fight over clothes would take up too many panels. Be kinda funny if one of the guys joined in the cat fight though, to break the cliche. xD
