Scripts of Fate would jump through the roof because now one of them would suddenly be worth more than three of them. That, in turn, would make Pan Gu, Creator obsolete. And since there is no consistent way to get Love: Up and Down, it'd also be out of the window.

The other two ingredients to making the tome aren't something people could inflate on their own, as the TT90 axes are kinda capped with the chipping fee and the other tome requires far too little tome fragments to be inflatable.

Someone already brought up the idea about inflation. 10 million big notes would bring in new coins to the game, whereas Love: Up and Downs or any other items would just bring in more Love: Up and Downs, which are already highly priced. By the time the duping would bring Love: Up and Down to a price where selling it for 200m would take time, they'd already have gotten so much coinage that the deflation wouldn't matter to them.

Or, as was said, maybe it's limited to a single item?

No, i dotn think it only work with LUAD , they used with this kind of item bcuz is the most rare, and expensive, plus bcuz they are really really dumb..............

No, it you duped stacks of 10 mill notes an sold to npc you would then continually buy gold through careful manipulation of the ah exchange. My geuss is that its hard to do and won't work with stacks. If it worked with stacks then 10 mill notes,raps, and cannies would be prime targets.

Oh... They'd all just play Halo2 or CoD and ignore our tickets as usual anyway, they'd just have larger multiplayer matches, that's all.

Yeah...I was the one that brought it up. I submitted a ticket about it and just got that GMs would be looking into it.

Keep in mind that A) you don't know the real percentage, some people have unbound ones for sale, C) stolen gold (and coins turned into gold) can be used to buy packs, which can produce more L:UaDs.

no dupe method works in pwi, all of those were patched way back in 06(before any foreign version was opened). someone may be being overly generous and causing the economy to crash or, like others theorize, many of these were ****.

it's fishy that they appear in multiple servers with the same items, but i just seen a 4s +12 cv nirvana armour with 4 con stones going for 200m in lc; if i was to wager, people are rq'ing their aps classes due to the upcoming nerf.

I would take that bet. No way this many people would liquidate APS classes on a nerf thats coming, when? Who even knows. A few months at least.
If anything, people would maximize the use of their APS classes now to build up other classes, ESPECIALLY it being 2x currently.

Whoever is doing this doesn't see a need to sell anything else and doesn't care what price they sell it at. That certainly sounds like an unlimited supply.

I've seen people shouting in Trade Chat selling them and in WC - I thought it was a bit odd having so many for sell in a short span of time -- but then thought maybe it was just one person selling and just switched to another toon... but now this post made me think about it.

Huh? The Spark nerf went live on Chinese servers around a month ago, according to the Wanmei forums.

im happy that i was able to set my available screenshots and thread on this topic, i feel happy that its out and into the open now, and hopefully fixed soon, fingers crossed. another thing i was thinkin about, i have heard of numerous mmo's online, that actually do things called "RollBacks", i would say if this just started up and is easy to track when this wierd behaviour started first, i would reccomend if possible, they try and fix the situation and do what is called a "rollback" to a previous date kinda like server maint. but rollin back everything everyone has done to a set date. and patch wat was the cause of this 'dupe ****' if it exists.

try and maybe re-credit the people for the zen they purchased with the rollback, and further increase the number of days of 2x equivalent to the number of lost days from the rollback.

That would first require:

a) Being honest and forthcoming about the problem, instead of blaming something else that pretty much everyone knows is a bull ****.

b) Actually fixing something.

I don't agree with rollbacks, just permanently ban the accounts and ip addresses, refund the people who unknowingly (no one on a scammers fl, for example) bought duped items and take them away from them, and fix the exploit. As for duping items, anyone who knows how to google would see that this was something that was recently made more public and just recently back in August many players were even reporting that there items were being **** away from them by people who claimed to be able to duplicate items. It involved squadding somewhere and moving some items around, but the people who got scammed were so intentionally vague that it made it impossible to verify their story or even understand what had happened.

I do know there was a case way back during about the 4th month of the servers being up where a couple items were duplicated so it is definitely possible. The duplicated items were a fluke but if someone found a way to make it reproducible then it's a possibility.

well thats what i meant by findin the source of the problem, ban accounts, ips whatever is needed to fix the problem,

Ohhhh!!! i just remembered i took a screenshot of a incident where x4 primeval stones in my inventory were stacked up, i thouqht it was wierd so i screenshotted it, after i reloqqed, they disapeared but for the time bein there was 4 stacked, maybe they found a way to freeze it so they didnt dissapear after rebootin pwi, 1 second ill post the picture, see for yourself

So at the time i only purchased 1 savant, but somehow it qlitched to where it copied my number of dorbs+10, NOTE:after relogging they dissapeared, but at the time im like.... whoa wdf!!!!!!!!! then im like, ohhh nvm, hope this pic may help a bit. *** im so happy i remember this screenshot a month back.

This isn't all that concerning. There are hacks where you can give yourself coins and items and whatever you want. The thing is that it is all client side, the server handles everything and your client is basically emulating the server from the data it receives. So while your client shows you having 4 stones the server still only holds that data as 1. Once you relog the server sends your inventory and the correct number of stones are displayed.

The only issue here is why did your client think you had 4 stones without any external programs?

im thinkin it reqistered my dorbs+10, cuz i bouqht as u can see in the pic, x1 primeval, x4 dorbs+10 and x1 savant stone, all out of the same exact cat shop at the same time, so my only suggestion is it copied the number of my dorbs+10 i purchased, im not sure, it was a glitch that fixed after rebootin, but was wierd at the time.

To those in favor of a rollback:

Do you really want to lose all the progress you made over the past week or so because of the actions of a handful of people? I know I don't. Not only do you lose the experience/spirit you gained, you also lose all those lucky trades you might have made... all the rare material drops that you might have obtained for a piece of armor you were dying to get... everything you obtained or achieved during that period of time will be gone.

If there is in fact a way to dupe items, it needs to be fixed now and the people exploiting it need to be banned. I don't care which PWI staff members they have been sleeping with or how much money they spent on the game. Banned. Not a 3 day slap on the wrist. BANNED!

A rollback would punish a lot of innocent people. It would only work if the problem (assuming there is one) was caught very early. I'm talking hours... not days or weeks.
