    The game itself hasnt evolved theres still only the same few things to do end game there isn't anything new just a few more classes to do it on. Go play any real mmo and look at what the expansions consist of. There is actuall content in them new dungeon raids new world map content new quests lvl cap increases they havent done that here in yearly 3 years of these servers being open.

    Its not a lie by far lol if u realy consider this to be an evolving game I'm srry but this must be the only mmo you've ever played I'm not lying by far They havent done anything to expand the content of this game at all the only new thing in the past two years has been nv thats it nothing else at all and thats been turned into a 10 min tank and spank instance for cash more than anything now with r9 being the best available gear in game.

    I miss old mmorpgs with dungeons than takes at least 2 hours to finish with whole squad just to find out than the super boss didnt spawn yet.

    All right, I feel it is now vital that I remind you people that you are NOT a Pay to play game... You have to have far higher levels of both customer satisfaction and communication! Your business relies on customer loyalty for repeat purchase... And even with a chip & rep sale... who's going to buy it if they can't get the medals? It's pointless.

    The fact of the matter is, you people rely on CS'ers to keep afloat. I hate to imagine your reaction when you see the sudden decline in profits due to this. It's stupid, simply. All you needed to do was to fix what is simply a bug, and instead you have just practically shot yourselves in the foot! You're going to cause an uproar about this, needlessly, and end up with a very large amount of unhappy customers, who have invested their own hard-earned money into your game, only to feel rejected and unheard on this 100-odd-page topic, with many a voice opposing your views. When we have done nothing wrong, and our fun and hard work is being spoilt by a small group of people; perhaps a slight but more idulence, and easily-acessable reporting is needed, so that the players can assist the MODs to help catch the people doing this... It's almost like your insulting our intelligence, to have us sit back and watch this, when there is almost nothing we can do but speak out against this, and have it fall on deaf ears.

    I'm still missing my 5 medals, I charged a lot of cash for my R9 and my build is useless without the full set, I dislike the poor consumer support and the fact that nobody in pwi staff seems to care about this.

    I 'm going to bump this thread whenever is not at the top of the first page, at least my voice and opinion cant be silenced.

    Bumping this thread while I wait for PWI to realize they are fraudulently advertising the sale on chips as being for getting rank, when they removed the medals that give chips their purpose in getting rank. The rep badges are technically valid, as they can be used up to rank 8, but the chips are entirely useless without the medals, as far as rank goes.

    I'm most annoyed about the amount of money it took to buy the tokens, if the medals were to be removed I never would have bought chips in the first place so now they have my money and I don't have any r9. That's a complete royal **** in anyones books. Fix the glitch or give the people either a chance to buy them in the boutique. Hell if you want us all to be stupidly happy just give everyone who bought all the tokens the required number of medals and be done with it then no one else can ***** that they got screwed (not that i expect you to do this naturally) just seriously give us a chance to finish our sets
