Introduction
A: About the Earthguard
The Earthguard are the new race coming along with Perfect Worlds "Genesis" expansion. This race is said have foretold a great disaster and have now appeared to fight alongside the other 4 races of Perfect World. The main physical attribute of this race is the "third eye" on their forehead.
B: Character Customization
In terms of character customization, the Earthguard are much like the Tideborn. The hairstyles are unlike the ones of the other races, and lip and eyebrow coloration is not available. The "third eye" can be customized however.

Here are the images of all the "third eyes" available.
You can also see that you can choose to have no eye and that the "eyes" are something that floats in front of the forehead (Unless it is still some glitch but I've noticed it in all presets) so they aren't tattoos or anything.

B:Weapons use
The Seeker will use sword, blade, double sword, and double blade to fight. All of the Seekers skills are used with a sword. No specific kind of sword is needed to cast any of the skills. The "claymore" which PW spoke of does not actually exist. Some swords (quest rewards) have been reskinned to look much bigger, giving it that "claymore" look. All Seekers wear their swords on their back if not in combat.

This piece of ... what-do-you-even-call-this isn't a guide.
It's some random no-name trying to break the forum record of most posts in a row.
If it was an actual guide, it wouldn't need reserved posts, nor would the only post with any content be a Table of Contents.

Obviously I have seen proper guides constructed. I've been consulted on a character guide in another game and I started writing one myself. It's at 12 pages right now, but I figured that since someone else made sufficiently good one, I wouldn't have to finish mine.
And please don't tell me you actually wanted to reserve posts so that you could separate sections into different posts, that's kinda hilarious.
As for a proper way to organize stuff, I'd like to present to you the Useful Archer Links post. As you can see, it's nothing but a compilation of links to other threads or related pictures. And it's also extremely well-organized.
And really, making a guide when the race hasn't even been released? You have obviously never made a guide. It is normal for a guide to span several posts, and the maker of the guide to reserve several posts so that the guide isn't interuppted by asinine posts like yours.
Yeah, I totally don't have a 12 page Word document about BvCs in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. And it's not even half-done yet.
And I totally did not contribute to a 34 page guide on the same topic. Yes, I'm pretty sure I know nothing about writing guides.

I'm not the poster. I'm one of the two people quoted. You might notice that "Olbaze" and "Olba" have a lot in common with "Ce Olba". And yes, the "Ce" is a random prefix.Conavar - Heavens Tear wrote: »And you are ? b:chuckle
If it matters, I'll be the best thing you can think of. If it doesn't, then I'll be whatever.I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
If you see b:cute be sure to take a second, calm look at anything I said.0 -

Also in my opinion I like this thread, but I think it should just be added into the main thread or something..[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

My intent was just to make someplace where people could find all of our know info about the Earthguard without having to search through 100+ pages of discussion. The GMs weren't doing it so i figured i would.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
IMO I'd be quite tentative about any "guide" that predates the expansion.
I've skimmed through the first three posts, and it seems to be just a collection of tidbits about the Earthguard. I wouldn't really brand this a guide per se. I realise it is probably a working progress, but any guide made at this moment are premature.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I see what you mean, I never seen this type of info so I'm happy you made this thread and me or anyone else would have a hard time finding such info in the original thread.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

China opened a early testing of Genesis a few days ago. All of the information on their is from testers that also play international too. Their names are at the first post. So you can rest assured everything in this is confirmed.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
