    does anyone know if there is another download source other than the website. as the ones on the official website are broken ?

    Seems that I have a problem logging into my account. I've tried logging in with my nickname and my user name and had no luck with both. I have verified my account and I've tried changing passwords but I'm still getting the same error. "LINK - Wrong account or password" Someone please help me.

    My advice:

    Go to the filefront.com logo under downloads. Download than go look under recent downloads if not wherever you downloaded it. Than extract it into a document/file once you've done this. Open the file and click the little girl head that says install Microsoft once done it will give you a whole bunch of options. Than it would open PW Start up guide just click next than click add to desktop and than be on your way. Than it'll add all the patches and other **** which for me took about 10 minutes because i got fast downloads e.e

    KillerByte gave me this advice so i am just passing it on. need any help pm me on game XDDDDDDD ROFL XD

    Have you all thoroughly checked your internet connections?

    Where in the world are you located?

    Who is your ISP?

    Are you on a University property or connection?

    Do you share your connection with anyone else?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I've downloaded the game, extracted all the files and all of that, but I can't find out how to get on b:infuriated

    Can anybody help me please?

    Go to where you downloaded/Extracted the files when you get there look for a folder with Perfect World International on it. Click on the girls head reading Install Microsoft once finished it will have a guide to run Perfect world soooooo lol. Than it will fix all the updates and data info and it will be up in running within thirty minutes.

    I have a friend who is just starting PWI and she is having updating errors with the game. Is there any solution to this? She tells me everytime it's trying to update an error pops up.

    I downloaded the BitTorrent version.
    and then I extracted the files,
    I did everything that it says to do in this guide.

    but now, when I click on the Perfect World International exe.
    a window pops up, that says it has stopped working.
    b:cry

    i have no idea how to fix this problem.
    any ideas?

    After updating the last part perfect world client said:
    server under maintenance...

    after that i checked a few days later it gave the following error report:
    "end client's program edition is outdated"

    can anybody tell me what happened and what to do?b:cry

    i got the same problems....but also i got this error thing that says cant be run on Win32 so how tthe hell am i gonna do this i need help plz......i really need it

    Hi i down loaded pw using the direct method with out a hitch.b:pleased But when i try to extract it with 7 zip or winRaR it tells me this message [can not open file as archive] well im not computer savy at all so im stuck.
    im using vista and ive taken down my fire wall and disabled the uac.
    Also when i double click the file it gives me this message [windows cannot access this device path or file. you may not have the proper permissions to access this item.
    But i should! because ive disabled everything i can think of. I have even right clicked the file and clicked run as admin still the same message b:sad
    Any help at all is welcome i just really want to try this game.

    I installed the game as one not in the four parts. I am running windows xp sp3. I have the requirements needed for the game but as soon as it loads to goto the sign in screen there is a quick pop up before the welcome to blah blah comes on and says page can not be found and then it goes to the sign on screen. It seems when this happens I have problems and my computer locks up in A. the loading of the game with no error's coming up except the one I just mentioned or B. during the game play. It totally locks my computer up where I have to turn it off and back on and low and behold the game does it again. I have redownloaded this game four time's now and I have sent in a ticket two times with no response from Tech Support...Some one please help me with this huge headache.. Oh and I can not take a screen shot of it due to everything locking up..Help ASAP b:surrender

    It is prolly Norton. It is known that the anti-viruses systems block new downloads.

    My guide: o_o
    Download PWI Once downloaded click SAVE. Than once it is saved go to the file there and EXTRACT IT to a document where it will be placed into a folder. Open the folder after extracting and than click on the girl icon saying Install Microsoft. Click than click run and it will have a start up guide. Just click next on the first box than say add to desktop and than another box (forgot) and than click next. Than finish than it will add all the data and info it needs on its own. For example: Data.pk or something is in the folder which is what would be installed

    Ok... I got through 30% of the instalation.. adn now it says "Connection Refused" and gives me a retry option.. I have hit said RETRY button about 50 times and it keeps on giving me that same message.... Got any Ideas? b:angry
