100% agree with this! I've missed a couple of skirmishes now due to outleveling them and would love to be able to go back and get them done. Missing a dungeon or two isn't so bad because we can at least go back in and do them later with a party or even solo. But missing skirmishes means missing an achievement.
Leader's 4 friends wouldn't necessarily get into that very same instance of the dungeon. Also, Leader should definitely not have invite privileges. That way he/she can't invite their own friends. Random dungeon queue needs to stay random.

I think a rep system would be open to abuse. I'd rather see the queue system improved so that a replacement is brought in automatically if someone drops or is dc'd for too long.
Use English only in general channels? What if they don't speak or understand English? This game is f2p and it's international. Ignore the zone chat if you don't understand it. Or how about chatting in English in zone and maybe just maybe you'll get replies in English.
