I remember doing many runs for my CWs High Vizer arms in Caverns of Karrundax when chests were bugged. You got the same loot every run. It took 2 months or more for it to be fixed. I agree to the OP... As it is now I dislike it. DD now sux. Yes you can decline what is in the chest, but then I just spent X amount of time (average 30 minuets) for near nothing...Aside from the potions and injury kits I spent. This game is becoming worse as time goes on post mod 6. You ppl keep tweaking and tinkering…
