The way dungeon delves work now is quite frustrating. The chest isn't unlocked anymore when we're in a dungeon when the event is on, instead, we get a mere 3k AD bonus and we still have to use keys to do dungeons. Which means that we can only play one dungeon a day because there's only one free key and because most of the times, what's in the chest is NOT worth an epic dungeon key.
That's indeed a good way to slowly kill the interest in the game. When I play pvp, I don't get no rewards because I didn't buy a pvp ticket to be able to play the game. When I play a foundry mission (ok never happens but still) I don't get zero XP because I didn't buy a key to enter a foundry mission. So please stop this nonsense and give us back the old dungeon delves! And when I mean the old dungeon delves I mean the one with the chest unlocked during the event, no matter when you start or finish the dungeon. Give us a reason to play your content. I'm not going to spend ridiculous amounts of refined ADs just to be able to get something during my game time. You can remove the extra rough AD for what I care, loot can be salvaged anyway.

You don't HAVE to use the key. If you don't like what is in the chest, don't take it. It won't spend the key if you don't take what is inside.
I agree to the OP... As it is now I dislike it. DD now sux. Yes you can decline what is in the chest, but then I just spent X amount of time (average 30 minuets) for near nothing...Aside from the potions and injury kits I spent. This game is becoming worse as time goes on post mod 6. You ppl keep tweaking and tinkering with things that DON'T need fixed, instead fix past due bugs!
the old version was better and promoted fighting to the end - if u entered during DD u get DD chest, so ppl would work harder on completing the dungeon, now it generates much more flame since ppl are in a rush and just give up easier once time runs out

I agree. Even after making a bunch of each key, there is little to no point in running the content since there are no rewards. It's extremely rare that anything in the chest that's worth the price of the key.

They want us to buy keys. It's another very sad direction the game has taken.

I thought everyone was saying we needed small AD sinks in this game to clear the ZAX?
5k AD seems pretty small to me, especially if you're getting 3k AD from the Dungeons hour - and if the item in the chest is worth less than 2k AD, you can always refuse it.

There are enough sinks but no real incentives to use them, except refinment things.

Another flinging around absolutes...
Some people said so, but the last thread I saw is some four weeks back?
Considering that the current drops from the chest won't be auctionable, or at least not for five or six digit AD sums like you had before, and everybody needs/wants that BoP stuff you'd get when you strike lucky, I'd say "why not"? Essentially the current system forces you - IMHO unnecessarily - to make a tough decision: Discard your 3000k AD "DD" reward - or your chance for the later lucky find?

If I decline what's in the chest, most of the times, I get nothing from the run, except 2-3 enchantments.
And I like the idea of getting something, even if it's not much.
