Dungeon time with chest locked

In the end of the dungeon it appear one chest that it says i cant open because im not in dungeon delves? i think its the name of it. can anyone explain?

    Did you complete the dungeon before the dungeon delve was over? I haven't run a dungeon lately, but I heard that they changed it so you have to finish the dungeon before the delve time is over a while back.

    This just happend to me as well, twice. While I qued for lol, I got in at boss during "dungeons" and finished the boss fight. Then the chest was locked saying: 'it only opens during dungeon delves'. Then checking the calendar for a "dungeon delves" it shows none, but only "dungeons".
    Hovering over the "dungeons" description timer thingy next to your map, it says you get free rad if you finish. There's no info on getting a free key. I'm wondering if this is a bug or wai and if others experience the same thing.

    THERE IS NO MORE DUNGEON DELVE EVENT!

    read the description again. "Dungeons" event only gives you rough AD.

    to open the chest you (always) need the appropriate key! (regular or epic).

    you get one free key daily, I think it can open either regular or epic (I've only ever run epic dungeons).

    THERE IS NO DUNGEON DELVE EVENT ANY MORE! YOU NEED A KEY! EVERY TIME!

    guess that first PK Run people did.. was like a slap in the face.

    Why was it not in the patch notes if there is no more dungeon delve then? The chest was open prior to this patch during the event. Plus this is awful, there is like no way to make rough AD anymore outside leadership.

    Epic key is 5k AD

    And you get rough AD for DD only in chest. So now to get AD and chest you have to have key. No this is broken. It was working correctly before Thursday's patch. They screwed it up probably something do with actually fixing the Daily Dungeon quest. Without the chest there is no rough ad...:(

    I was playing when chests at the end of epic dungeons were bugged for most people to the extent it was the same loot over and over again for more than a month if not 2 months last year. I was trying to get my High Vizor arms, it was not fun. I do not understand why this game management can not emergency patch a game when loot is effected. IF DD event consuming keys is a bug they should fix it asap top priority. I have played Everquest in 2001-2005, WoW 2005-2007, LoTRO 2007-present if I like as I have a lifetime membership....They shut things down and fixed them ASAP. This is the first MMO I have played that sits with their thumb up their nose and waits til the next Mod to fix major things like this.

    I hope DD chest key consumption is a bug because there will be little to play for really. They have already tried to kill off gold via potions and injury kits...AD via new artifact main hand and off hand ( I spent 600k AD getting the skills I wanted, not to mention the AD I spent on the level 60 ToD epic last year).

    It won't be long before I walk from this game if things continue at this rate. That will be a shame too as I played pen and paper D&D in the 1980s and loved it. Although it was ruined later too by edition after edition. Good thing about it though is I can play pnp with the rules I want.

    Other players must think DD is great now or is anyone even playing during DD anymore?
