  • This is pretty much how I would build an archery build if I ever stop playing trapper. My only suggestion is replacing hasty retreat with fleet stance for a more reliable speed boost. Also, I don't think electric shot offers any control as you say, I greatly prefer it to split shot with its large circular AOE myself. In…
  • Op knows how to play the game. The problem is you completely are misinterpreting what he is saying. He says that gwf should of course sprint and position themselves appropriately but the ones he sees are just running in circles turning bosses and adds unecessarily. Same extends to other classes. You do not have to…
  • Make sure you pick up common cause before doing any of your dailies. Also, you can drop common cause and pick it back up again if you were unable to complete it the previous day. Be warned, you will have dofferent objectives for common cause everyday.
  • This is not an AD sink. The wonderous bazaar and the 10% cut of the auction house are examples of AD sinks.
  • I am not sure about the magic number when they start flying around in the sing, but it seems the higher your control bonus the more they fly around during sing.
  • You are correct in that this happens with a higher control bonus. I have encountered the exact same problem. I have already submitted a ticket myself but it is frustrating.
  • Anyone have a fix for this yet?
  • The changes for gwf, hr and cw are bigger than mod 2 or 1 for them in which we recieved free respecs. So it would make sense to get them in mod 4 as these are the biggest changes these classes have ever recieved.
  • MoF only has one debuff compared to SS, and its just a little bit above 1% damage increase. But hey, I still love playing as a MoF.
  • Its not a bug when a player is stupid enough to stand in the middle of all the spheres. The whole point of using the artifact in the active slot is to activate it so that one monster is hit by as many spheres as possible in order to do maximum damage. Thats why the activation doesnt have anything like a stun or debuff.…
  • It's really easy to avoid unless you are being chain proned or stunned, in which case you will die anyways. So it seems balanced to me....
  • 2. Your party recieves 25% of the entire buff. Not sure about your other questions. 3, you can probably test yourself. 4, I have never heard of or seen.
  • This has actually been around for a while. I have noticed it the most when they take down a CTA event or something like that. It does not always happen but when it does, you have to rapidly press escape and the left mouse button in the area that the queue accept button should appear. The queue is still there and it briefly…
  • Why did you necro out dated info? But while this is on the front page, is there anywhere to find similar info with the new way that power works?
  • My left thumb hurts because I can't stop spasticly jumping up and down everywhere I go.
  • I can confirm that it dropped for a short amount of time from some kind of event before you started playing. -keeska Ps it may have not been recieved as a drop but it was acquired only during some kind of previous event.
  • Im going to remain around 33% crit. Its been good enough for me and I dont use eye of the storm either as a MoF. As of now, i really like being an oppressor on the preview, but I will also try the other two paths when they fix the buggy feats
  • Id say any gs above 15k is more about whoever gets the first hit with shard and etc though. Yeah, those IwD mobs sure dont wait around In your icy terrain. I still find the skill very useful in almost all situations. For an undergeared player the control is awesome when you combo it with coi tab. Im sorry to hear about…
  • Interesting, my icy has been parsed to hit 8k. When I run with ftf the damage is less or comparable to coi on tab over the course of a dungeon. Ill try to post some parses of cn runs tonight to compare the load outs. Ftf on tab is kind of good if mobs are dying around the main target a lot (bosss fights). Silverquick, if…
  • That is not what he said. The changes are for both pvp and pve.
  • 1. Rainbow party or cw/gwf stacking for speed 2. see 1. Note: already did a 4 man run in preview, 2cw 1dc 1 gf. 3. Dont take idiots in your group. 4. N/A
  • Show us a result of your CN runs. The gwf does better than a cw when the mob grouping is small. You should always come out ahead in the add infested dungeons. KESSELS, vt and mc, where the mobs are small and the bosses dont really have adds level the playing field
  • Its garbage dont bother. I made mine into a transmute.
  • Wait stacked armor pen? How does this work? I was not aware of this. Uh oh. xD
  • I think that is a very viable way to play the new oppressor but, to me, COI just would not feel the same without the assailing force feat. The powers I used were Entangling force tab, icy terrain, steal time, and fanning the flame. With this setup i kept everything bunched very well for the GF to keep aggro between stuns.…
  • So I ran a four man CN in preview yesterday. The party was 2 CW's 1 DC and 1 GF. The run went A LOT slower. But as i was an oppressor, I was able to control the adds very well. The dracolich was a challenge compared to before but we downed it in one try. It was very slow, as we were a four man group. I'm very happy with…

  • But what about PVE? I think its quite a shame that changes are made that adversely affect pvers as a result of pvp.
  • I frequently run with rainbow parties, and I prefer it. And pulling massive mob trains? Its easier and more effective to kill groups one at a time, the massive mob pulls are more about fun. AOE damage is still ver important(as well as AOE CC). And a GF enables groups to do even more massive mob pulls. Lots of GF's are just…
  • Hmmm, I frequently bring a GF with me in these kinds of runs. Actually, it is preferable that way. Also, these kinds of runs are done by players that greatly outgear the content they are running. It does not require many CW's to achieve, or any, for that matter. These kinds of massive pulls are not possible for the average…
