Does anyone know where a list of items that drop in the dungeons can be found? In particular i'm looking for unique drops that come from lower level dungeons and what boss drops them, even more specifically i'm wondering where this Tome of Control drops, its level 40 so I am assuming pirate skyhold maybe?
http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dungeon_Delve should have a complete listing. However, I do not see your Tome listed in any of the loot tables. I never got it from a quest, so I'm thinking it's a rare general drop.
I wish the developing team or maybe community mods kept that site up, it looks like it has some drops on it but by no means comprehensive. I appreciate the the link as I have seen that page before, however it really does not list what all really can drop, if you check he AH there are tons of blue quality items that probably drop from non epic dungeons that are not on those lists, some i'm sure come from skirmishes as well. Sadly skirmishes can be leveled past so if something is desired from a skirmish its highly likely you will not get it as you can't farm it until you do since you will eventually level past queuing for it, low level ones you can at least walk into with a low level group and help clear it with them and get what you are looking for (albeit at the potential expense of someone who might need it more).

I can confirm that it dropped for a short amount of time from some kind of event before you started playing.

Ps it may have not been recieved as a drop but it was acquired only during some kind of previous event.
So, there is no comprehensive list anywhere that shows all the possible drops from each dungeon? I suppose that without the ability to create a "wowhead" or "thottbot" DB type of addon, we will probably never have a comprehensive list...

Original Tymora's Gift. Box prizes included a level 40 rare weapon for each class that existed at the time, with a unique appearance. Unlike the WB items, they were not free appearance change objects, but actual useable weapons. Since the boxes all use the same loot table and this item has been removed, only prior-dropped ones are available.
I haven't personally verified if the skins are identical to the WB ones or just similar.

How about one more side question, does anyone know whether or not that after about 5 dungeon runs in NON epics, that those blue items (a couple of purple in Karrundax) that drop are the only ones you will see? I think I have gotten a drop for my class on each boss fight so i'm assuming once I get the usable items for my class nothing else is of interest? Been actually having fun farming dungeons with a new toon (getting some nice AD too from selling some of it) putting her in some decent gear from dungeons (and hand me down enchants). But I don't know how many times to run a dungeon to get all the cool unique looking gear or the blue gear for my class .... nothing I have seen really says what drops, the tool tip only says two things and those are not always the two things for my class to even use.
Gear progression from 1 - 59 seems weird. I also just started running Karrundax and got some nice drops from it, didn't even know the game had purple loot (its BoP of course) that didn't come from a lock box that was under level 60 (found a purple hat, MH and purple clock that actually looks pretty cool). Now i'm really wishing that the transmutes didn't cost so much i'd really like to transmute my armor now with all this new stuff i've found that I missed on my first toon.

If you are just looking to transmute, the Wondrous Bazaar now has the Tome of Command which is 14k AD and has the exact same graphic.
