I have a problem with the dragon daily and the Common Cause mission, please help...

So I did my dragon daily that Harper gave me then I forgot I had to do the one that gives me Forbidden Lore so I went into town and got that mission. I killed the dragon again but I can't manage to do Grave Swapping.
Am I doing this wrong? Should I have started the daily that gives the Forbidden Lore first?

    Make sure you pick up common cause before doing any of your dailies. Also, you can drop common cause and pick it back up again if you were unable to complete it the previous day. Be warned, you will have dofferent objectives for common cause everyday.

    You need to talk to the Harper in Neverdeath to get the swapping graves task. Then the graves will sparkle up and you can finish common cause as well. You can't skip talking to the quest giver in the lair zone.

    You should be talking to the Harper in PE everyday. Whoever else gives the lair task in PE, and finally the quest giver in the lair zone.

    Also once you reach Rothe Valley. Go there everyday and talk to the quest giver. You don't want to miss out on the sigils. No task will send you there from PE, so you just need to go there anyways.

    I don't know if it's always a harper (it is one in neverdeath). Each day you get a different lair - Ghost Stories, Barrow Demolition, Mithral Mines, etc depending on which tasks (Zones) you unlock. Those are the first three possible and you get one of them each day. You don't necessarily get a lair in the most recently unlocked zone either. So you could be on your 3rd day of Ice Spire, but get Barrow Demolition in Ebon Downs as your daily lair. You need to talk to someone in that zone in addition one to getting the task from the person in PE.

    You can always go and talk to the quest giver in unlocked zones and they will give you 2 tasks. Neverdeath and Ebon Downs give cult secrets. Rothe Valley gives sigils. That's as far as I've progressed.

    I am level 43 but can't seem to get Ghost Stories quest from Harper in PE. I only get Common Cause (daily) and Culling the Cultist (weekly). Help?

    You won't get any Lair quests until you're Level 60.

    I have had the same issues for 3 days now. Tried everything that was discussed here but no luck. This issue started when I met the requirements to go to Icewind Dale. got the pop up to go see Sgt. Knox for the quest to go to IWD but when I go to see him it is not available.

    While your question is off topic, I will try to help. Have you spoken with the Caravan Master by the Dragon Bridge gate?
