Battle Fury and Relentless Battle Fury- Queries

Battle Fury- Encounter which "Increases your At-Will and Encounter damage as well as Action Point gain for brief period. In addition, when first activated your Stamina is refilled.

This power may be activated while moving."

Relentless Battle Fury-This is the feat that reduces the CD for Roar, Takedown and Battle Fury by 10-50%, adds damage to Roar and Takedown and increases duration of Battle Fury.
  1. Does this encounter buff your damage 5+5+5 (at max rank)
  2. Do party mates benefit from the stamina regen (25%) or AP gain?
  3. What is the range of this buff? As in..how close do your party-mates need to be to benefit from this? (Don't see it mentioned in tool-tip. Am I missing something?)
  4. Noticed the following in the Mod 3 patch notes.. "Relentless Battle Fury: This feat now grants an additional effect. Activating Roar, Takedown, or Battle Fury now grants you Relentless. Relentless causes you to ignore an additional 1/2/3/4/5% of the target's resistance. Relentless lasts 5 seconds.". Was this removed?

I know that is a lot of questions for someone who is now using Battle fury on a regular basis. But all inputs are appreciated.

    2. Your party recieves 25% of the entire buff.

    Not sure about your other questions. 3, you can probably test yourself. 4, I have never heard of or seen.
