On +4 rings probably so but the drop rate on +5's is so low that there'd still be plenty of grind for everyone. It might also encourage people to run it more often since you'd only need to get lucky on RNG twice to get the rings you wanted versus running it X number of times and giving up in disgust.

By far the worst CTA ever. Even ignoring any issues with the rewards it just flat out boring. The mobs come in dribs and drabs and I spend more time standing around waiting for it to be over than I do killing them. Ran it twice, said no thanks and haven't queued again.
