This is still not fixed for me and several other Clerics. Contacting a GM in-game resulted in whoever attended my ticket not understanding what I meant, despite me elaborating on what the issue was as much as humanly possible. Unfortunately I couldn't follow up on that, as your support website throws me into a feedback…
Here's a good one: Player walks into the zen store, buys a respec for their Cleric, proceeds to be affected by a bug that takes out one of their class-defining abilities off their bar, with no way of slotting it back on. Player then contacts support, gets evasive reply claiming support couldn't understand their issue.…
Yeah, I'm incredibly lucky that one of my core class abilities, (Which is incredibly situational ATM outside of dismounting in PvP, I'll agree.) is gone from my bars. What happens when this ability gets inevitably buffed, and it's still gone? Should I wait to go through this multi-week ordeal until it's been buffed? What…
Lair of the Mad Dragon took me 50 potions on my GF alt today. And I can guarantee that I'd have used half of that amount if my block wasn't as fidgety as it is currently. It's pretty damned obnoxious to not be able to trust on seeing your character holding her shield up, sometimes a full two seconds before an attack lands,…
14 days and counting. I have never seen a game's support be this slow and incompetent/unwilling to solve a player's issue like. And I'm including dumpster-tier Korean shovelware freemium games in the comparison. There are only two solutions: Make it so the Channel Divinity at-wills are draggable from the powers tab, or…
Like I explained in my very first post, the support section of their website has a redirect loop that prevents me from accessing my tickets as well. This is still the case.

13 days and counting. When I went to check my ticket status in-game, I had a brand new source of frustration: This persisted throughout the night on both my Cleric main and my GF alt.

I've been having this issue with my GF alt the last couple of days, much like the OP. The first time you block in a fight, it works. Since it's no longer client-side, the latency can let one hit in perhaps, but the shield does go up. If I drop my guard to throw an attack and quickly block again, no matter how far ahead of…
I go through all the procedures in trying to get the power back on my bar in Divine Mode every patch. It's been four or so patches since the one that "fixed" this went live even. The inability/unwillingness to fix this on PW's part is infuriating at this point.
12 days and counting. Support replied. The picture I drew them wasn't enough. They asked me if I had tried to drag the power back into the slot, despite me having stated that I was unable to do so from the very first ticket. They also asked me if I could drag other powers into that slot in Divinity Mode. (Something you…

It's not the same for Clerics, sadly. When we activate Divinity it replaces both of our regular at-wills with Punishing Light and Soothing Light. These can not be dragged back into the slot because they're not "normal" at-wills.

Punishing Light has the occasional use in PvP, as it ticks very fast, which makes it perfect for dismounting someone. Soothing Light is more useful in general period, and there are people affected by this bug that are missing that one instead. That is of course not the point anyway, and dismissing it as "Oh this ability is…

Yes, I'd definitely love this to be fixed, even though the bugged one for me is the incredibly situational Punishing Light. If the only way to fix this is to respec again, offering the people affected by this bug a free respec token is expected.
Yes, I'm aware. I'm a lvl 60 Cleric that used a respec token and had my Punishing Light disappear from the at-will slot. If you had read what I quoted you'd have realized this was what I meant.
