Hi and thanks for ansewering. I think that the spell that was slowing me, even Under Unstoppable effect, was Forgemaster's Fire from the Devoted Cleric. I will keep on doing more PVP to confirm but i am pretty sure it was this spell.

Well ok, thanks for all the replies. Good to know i am not crazy. It's sad that they start nerfing a character that already has some trouble finding groups in PVE.
