  • The debuff bug still works when playing damnation. I could only test in CR as I had to clear my way alone to the 1st boss and that was the dungeon with the fastest access to a t3 boss. Will test the other 2 trees soon. I was completely alone with the boss, puppet was tanking and was very successful at that, and as you see…
  • Aura of radiance is not an aggro passive, it's a damaging passive and as such, since it deals damage to everything around you it will also make the mobs attack back. Otherwise one would go into a lower lvl area with radiance on and kill everything without ever getting hit back. Now if your point was for a damaging passive…
  • I'm sorry but... what do you expect to happen when you hit a mob? Cause that's what aura of radiance does. It hits everything within the given range as per description, "Foes...take damage..." and so, when you deal damage to the mobs... low lever or not they will come to attack you. Remove aura of radiance and problem…
  • I wish and hope the results of EEG will be positive for you and I also hope you didn't misinterpreted mine and others comments as hostile.
  • Of course a player that makes 80k ad now and in mod 14 only 20-30 k ad (not speaking about that person specifically) will get affected and annoyed. Somehow you think only the people that make millions will get affected but the truth is that the people who don't have millions will get affected more. As I told you, for the…
  • You do realize that what you just said, proves that the proposed changes have nothing to do with the actual problem the devs and you keep saying. If one buys items at 50% off, wait few days/weeks and then sell at full price, this has nothing to do with how much salvage one can do. Unless you can show us a correlation…
  • At the start of my post I said "I dont think that anyone with multiple chars (specially the 50+ accounts as many mention) " so I didn't single out only that portion of the player base. The issue is the same in its core. Having one account with 50 chars, or 50 accounts with 1 char, is exactly the same and therefore has the…
  • Because I see it mentioned often by a lot of people.... I dont think that anyone with multiple chars (specially the 50+ accounts as many mention) can even do 10 chars a day, let alone 50. We are talking here btw for every day, of every week, of every month. Just think about it. The 3 man will take an average of 7-12 min,…
  • Again you don't get it. The dev said (and not me), that more than 95% of they players don't refine more than 100k AD per day and so with the new change, they will not see a negative effect. If you are refining 50k/day now, you can still refine 50k/day in the next module. Since any change in any system, has the main goal to…
  • Assuming that all players will see an increase is also wrong. Some will but even that percentage will not change the outcome as per dev words is not the "target group". What you probably didn't understand is that by the word "not affected" it means negatively which means the 97% is not a part of the problem and if they are…
  • Some interesting facts: also So from the above we can draw some conclusions. If the "percentage that is lower single digits" (shall we say 3%) makes more than 100k that means the change will affect that 3% only. Which also means that 97% will not be affected by the change. Since your change in rough AD is targeting to…
  • I will just point out the obvious... 15. Steel Blitz doesn’t benefit over Stayin Power If we read the feat.. "Weapon Master's Strike now also reduces your targets Mitigation to your Encounter powers by 2/4/6/8/10%.." Steel blitz is not an encounter. 16. Steel Blitz doesn’t benefit over Mighty Blade Again, if we read the…
  • Oh yeah lol, sorry was to early in the morning and... well you know :P
  • UPDATE you are 100% right my friend. When I did the first tests I removed wep enchants to have a smaller log since lightning does a lot of procs. Also I did remove gears as my crit% would not allow me to test the owlbear easy. When you have a wep enchant (I tested mine with unp. Lightning) those skills don't proc the…
  • So, I did the tests myself and I'm afraid you did something wrong with yours, all the encounters you mentioned proced the owlbear both normal and in mastery. Here are the act logs. As you can clearly see, the hits are sorted based on time and owlbear always follows the hit of the encounter at the same second. Now I think,…
  • Preach I think you are getting this wrong here. Even tho you may have a valid point, Rikitaki clearly states that only 3 encounters have the issue. If it was rotation problem, owlbear would randomly NOT proc on other encounters too assuming you are trying to say that he/she is casting faster than the owlbear cooldown which…
  • Try without Crit Conf. Its bugged. It prevents smolder from ticking a lot of times. Its easy to test yourself and see. Either way in my opinion is best to use Chilling presence and swath as both will increase the damage of smolder and also yours and teams damage by a lot more then CC. Maybe also redo the tests as now they…
  • No it wasn't about that but more like for the general opinion from some posters that goes like this "I run with a bad dc, run was super slow... therefore all dc are bad and not to run dungeons with them" Replace DC with any given class depending on topic.
  • Nothing personal against you my friend, but let's be honest. If I said, "I run with a dc that was bad and the run was slow, therefore dc is not good for dungeons..." you would petition for me to get banned :P to be honest based on some other posts of yours, I wish more people would have your integrity.
  • I agree but problem is... that's not how you get double procs sadly. You need a kinda of specific procedure that involves encounters. Also that would not simulate what is really happening inside a run. I'm making a specific parser to be honest that will read the saved combat logs and calculate the start/end of fights and…

  • I will post 2 screenshots made yesterday just as a proof positive to what I claim and say this: I run with bad GFs and good GFs, I run with bad MoF and good MoF and bad DC and good DC. Judging an entire class based on a limited experience I have from running with someone with a not optimal build and not good knowledge of…
  • I would suggest is better to examine everything under the concept of time rather as No of procs. For example we have 846 procs, divide by 5 members = 169 procs of fury. Each proc lasts 10 sec so *10/60 = 28.1 minutes uptime. Now there if a chance that fury would proc in a middle of a fight so we can say that there are…

  • I will only disagree on the part that a tactician can do more damage then a cw at least to my experience as when I run on my gwf or SW and I get a gf I never see the damage output I see with a cw renegade. Buff wise they are comparable, but always depending on build and play style.
  • I don't think you can replace a mof with a dc... Honestly it depends on how you measure it. In terms of time completion or in terms of main dps damage. In the 2nd a dc is always better as the buffs and powershare do make a difference. Also the defensive (immunity to cc etc) help a group a lot too specially with 2nd and 3rd…
  • "if you want to calculate damage that way, both classes cannot count any of the damage dealt by their team members..." The question my friend was, what we (cw or gf) contribute with our buffs and debuffs... to the main damage dealer who will have 100% effectiveness even without us... As you see in my example I assume a hit…
  • ...Because a mof using RoE on tab and doing a daily is harder to play.... Mof is one of the easiest classes to play. Its Neverwinter... we all use 3 skills.... 4 if you are cw. Its not rocket science. Add some recharge speed and AP gain, have RoE on tab and you have all the debuffs up near or at 100% of the time.... the…
  • I agree with you and I said it too, (I think) as I mentioned "then lets add the damage of mof vs tact". I just added it so people don't think that I'm "trying to alter things". TBH even as a buff tact a GF is always a good option to take. I just don't like it when people are "absolute" and think if they take a mof or a GF…
  • "197.5%+100%= (the cap is 100% +300% in case you are going to say debuffs cap at 300%)" There is no hard cap anymore. The "cap" is implemented through the diminishing returns equation, which will never exceed 300% debuff value no matter how big a debuff pool you shove into it. There is no need to calculate it as an…
  • @"designedbyrng#4319" Ok, where to start.... We are exploring here the damage increase from classes which has nothing to do with the Main Damage dealers RI which is the point of removing the 100% of RI in effectiveness. On top we compare the GF vs CW and you added a hr in the mix just to make the numbers as you see fit but…
  • I will just add this Calculating effectiveness to dps is really wrong as it includes 2 values. 0-100% is the Resistance Ignored and above 100% it's the debuffs. So to calculate a cw debuff to damage we need to do effectiveness%-100%, for example at 250% effectiveness the debuff is 150%. Now I don't know how a paladin and 2…
