Not all players are BIS or want to be BIS so builds for non bis is vastly different than bis. E.G. you don't use buff/defub arti's since you need arti's for stats. Sadly these changes will only help bis players and punish non bis as it looks so far!!!

On twitch we were told we are no longer getting 3 mods a year so between mods we can get CoL changes. it seems now that this mod is just QoL changes with no content might want to clarify that with the playerbase! Some strange things happened on preview up to this week . so to answer your question. It is supposed to. However, so is your artifact modification on weapons and many have reported theirs reset and not 1 dev replied to say it is being investigated. so i guess it is supposed to, just do not be surprised if it does not.

The good thing about SH now is you have to make a choice . This will mean that the boon buildings serve no purpose at all! If you are smart you can coordinate in the alliance to make sure all options are catered for in the various combinations 13 guilds can have a nice combo.
