From my understanding it's a waste if more than one person in the party is running fey WE. Being on the ps4 though I honestly don't see them that much. It's mostly vorpal or dread that's why I was going to go with Fey and probably have something as back-up in the off chance someone else is running with it

It's funny because I get lanolin to drop like crazy in bryn shander for me when I'm trying to get those damn elusive boots. Is your character a dragonborn? No headgear shows up on the dragonborn except the 2 that came with the dragonborn pack. I think it's ceremonial and a warrior outfit. Nothing else will show but you still get the stats from all the different gear you equip on your head
