You missed a quest chain somewhere along the line. There should be a pretty long quest chain there and near the end it will reward you with the bag. Just play the game properly and PvE by doing quests and you should come by it.

1 cleric, 1 CW, 1 GWF, 1GF, 2TR You need at least 1 class of each in your team to counter the enemies classes at least. 3-4 rogues don't do <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> if they are facing a GF with a cleric.

If you are going for a stealth build then Char would be more beneficial. Random loot drop is random loot drop. People will always be under the perception that their 'class' items never drop, that is just the way it is. I play TR and i never get any TR drops, I've seen plenty of CW and GW items drop but no TR... so there you go.

You should of seen the perfect world online game itself, their mounts were $40 minimum for a starting horsey, the normal mounts were like $60+ some were even $100+...
