What I mean is, if I use Threatening Rush, and Mark two or more enemies as a result of that single power activation, which one is considered “most recent” for purposes of determining my Mark Focus? Erm, going from 85% DR to 95% DR is tippling your effective hit points. (Discounting the DR cap.) Going from 20% DR to 60% DR is only doubling your effective hit points.
