It's a ban. Your account isn't just restricted from NWO, it's banned from CO and STO or any other PWE games you might have linked that account with. So, it's more like getting a refund from Outback and not being allowed into Red Lobster, Olive Garden or Mancinelli's (all owned by the same company).

Before you "balance" any powers, how about just getting the existing abilities to work properly, including feats, etc.? The classes might play very differently if you just made half of the abilities and feats work as they are intended. Then you can start balancing, because that will make some classes VERY OP.

Honestly, I've lost several hundred thousand AD by using the Gateway for leadership tasks which rewarded AD. Can we get this fixed? This is a pretty major issue.
