How about account bound like the epic dungeon gear is, not that you have 1 for every single character but that you can at least unequip it and move it around ur chars just like epic gear now.

There are a few things to ease up lag, wire up ur console, clear ur cache, and also have a chat configured so minimal chat dialogue pops up including the dmg dialogue, zone chat, say chat, LFG chat etc etc.

Yea, but there's a lot of classes that aren't DPS or crit builds... The majority of tanks and DC's for one, and HR's n CW's sometimes actually go for control builds.
