How long does it take for an answer to a support ticket?

    In general 1 business day, meaning if u open a ticket Friday night they won't get back to u til monday, if u open 1 monday they'll get back to u Tuesday, thier business days are like banks they don't work the weekends.

    However since its the holidays, just like any business on the holidays they get a little backed up so there's no telling when they'll get to u, they havn't been later than 2 days with me tho.

    Normally prompt, Cept during events n holidays.
    If you can't beat 'em, arrange to have them beaten.

    There is a big front page notice saying support is limited for the holidays.
