That is not true at all. Tiamat requires gear, build AND skill. Other than the clerics it's a plain and simple DPS check. Some instances even with 25 people all on black can't bring it down in 2 minutes. In other instances we make it all the way to white. Using the Gems correctly is all nice, but if 25 people don't have…
Leveling is now obscene. Way more than "8" hours to get from 60 to 70 even if ran with rank 12 Azures and inscribed garments. You have to understand that most people leveling characters now are doing so on alts. I had to finish up 2 levels on my final alt after the new "more rewarding' exp curve was implemented, and lets…
Very safe to say that they lost of lot of players due to Mod6. Fewer dungeons, slower exp, nothing really to farm for AD, more grind, more boring. At the current rate, there will be no one left for Mod 8. They need to do some serious soul searching and realize that they don't know they are doing and get someone who does.
Actually, I think you missed the point. The big expense of getting it to Transcendent is that you have to buy a Perfect after you are done since the Transcendent is worse.
It's lame, pure and simple. I needed 1 bubble of exp to get an extra power point and normally 3 quests would have done it. Now, even with 2X exp it barely budged it. I really hate to say it but if they don't revert this I can't deal with it anymore. This is beyond poor design.
I suppose these things are beyond the capabilities of the developers. Someone needs to show them how to set up ACT and test this out. Or perhaps they just don't care......
Well back in the day, they did say they would not introduce a faster mount, that the legendary ones were just rarer. This creates a disparity especially in PVP.
Lets get back to the fundamentals. Why is anyone complaining about the old damage from DJ? I bet it's ONLY PVPers complaining. Having run T2 dungeons well over 100 times, having parsed many of the runs, I can assure you, DJ is not a significant contributor to damage. In fact, unless you were cheating, you shouldn't be…
He's saying he has no issues with dps and didn't notice any difference with the DJ nerf so I suspected he hadn't tried IWD yet. That is where it will be noticed the most, and to a lesser degree in WOD.
At level 69 you haven't been hit by the extreme diminishing returns. 70 is weaker than 60. If I were to use pretty much any of my encounters when bumped down to level 55 or 60 etc, I can pretty much one shot things. At 70, the mobs just laugh because you are tickling them.
That's a pretty big leap. Never said my gameplay hinged on it, but it does rather gimp a Paladins ability to do decent single target damage and the way it is now it has been relegated to the garbage bin. I don't waste AP on it anymore. Is there some rule in your book that extremes are necessary? If something is too good,…
Perhaps. But a 67% nerf? That is way too much. 40% would have sucked but at least it would still have it's use. I don't think you will be hitting more than 3 targets with it. Mobs just never get that close to fit in it's tiny cone, even if you had a CW sing them. The old DJ was not good against multiple targets.
I think everything that needs to be said, has been. This is not something the players want or asked for and will further serve to put up a pay wall for the game.
Dailies by their very nature are intended to be powerful, otherwise it would be an encounter or at-will. It has nothing to do with DPS or not DPS class. But keep in mind while Paladins might not be a "dps" class on the order of a CW or SW or TR, they are still allowed to do damage, otherwise instead of a sword they should…
