After leveling a DC to 60 on my HR I felt like I literally *ran* though the content and hit 60 very very fast. Stuff I remember as challenging or that I would die a few times on before getting it right on my first playthough with the DC was nothing on the HR.. The class for PVE content is pure easy-mode.

Idris this happens, it removes the effects, in PVP it is a side-effect of one of the debuffs that I think the GF's have which can proc and remove buffs, luckily it is rare there. In Throne of Idris you basically need to forget the shield and use seals and keep far away from the purple death ball emitters.

Daunting light is great for clearing trash mobs on you (in divine you usually one-shot whole groups), chains is great for giving yourself some time, sun burst in divine mode will blow everything away from you and you get that right off the bat. I just don't want to see these guys in here who have played the class for a weekend and jumped in PVP and get faced and then hop on the forums and try to say the class is 'broke' ... it isn't, even with a decent PUG group we will shred it. I am a level 60 Cleric here in all epics (8441 GS) and I PVP a lot and do very well, typically at or near the top of the list. Yep, they hit hard. I don't worry about rogues as much because it is the CW's who have insane builds that scare me.

As a healer, I will say that the GWF's don't work well as tanks. You can roll the epic Crypt for seals and complete it but that is the only I can think that anyone would want to be in without a tank.

Clerics can slap down astral shield which mitigates this (and heals), at 60 I usually can kill a rogue 1v1 just slapping DOT's on them and healing through their attacks while keeping moving, though I am full purple and working on T2's. Yes, we can. She can run the lower feat tree build which is all geared for the DPS/off-tank cleric. Also, once she has Daunting Light maxed out the divine version of that (pressing tab switched to divine mode) will her favorite thing.

Moral is, kill the adds, everyone trying to be damage meter toppers and leaving the healer to kite everything.. I got so sick of this I just do Defense, the top feats and off-tank while throwing some seals around.

If you have gone through the beta weekends you know the content and how to blaze through it because you already have and also know that you can level fast enough to not bother with a lot of content, like every group dungeon before 50, mostly because you will out-level the gear too fast anyway so it is just a waste of time.…
