From my testing I would say yes, Indomitable runestones stacks on companions. I'm not sure how any other runestones can compete with stacking being possible. It detects my headset and I can hear the game through the headset. I can choose the G930 mic under voice chat options also but when I use the test mic function it doesn't pic up any sound. Yes heals can Crit. If you hover over your Crit chance it states this. If you look at your feats there is also stuff that increases Crit and also stuff that Procs on Crit.
