I'm officially requesting PWE to get involved to get my zen purchasing abilities back, I've already instructed my bank and CC company to do anything on their part they can. Skrill/moneybrookers hasn't replied to any of my emails at all. This is already ridiculous, anymore and I'll just say screw it.

Just checked, in game Zen purchase linked site is STILL BLOCKING ME. I've now missed out on the bonus Zen weekend. When this HAMSTER gets resolved Ill be wanting that bonus weekend. :/

Already contacted my CC and banks, neither of them contested anything. So its like the third party hired to process the extra amount of Zen requests for a new launch, or someone flipped out at me for spending too much, which is my business, noone else's -.-

I like to do all quests and I didnt even get to the tower district until level 25, I did the skirmish already but now I have a quest that tells me to go do that skirmish :/ I want that quest completed. Also is there any way to turn "low level quest givers" ! icons on? They are all off in the tower…
