Hadar's Grasp does have a debuff on live, with curse consume. It just isn't mentioned on the tooltip. It adds a 3% stacking debuff every tick. At rank 4 it stacks up to 13 times (39% debuff) and lasts 2 or 3 seconds after the duration of Hadar's Grasp is over.

A few things I noticed while testing on preview: Tyrranical threat doesn't seem to work. I haven't been able to get it to redirect a single point of damage to nearby targets. The XP bonus from guild alliances does work. When you hover the mouse over the XP bar the value shown doesn't take the guild alliance bonus into account, but it does work.

No dungeons are giving accreditation. Valindra's didn't give any today, and Malabog's didn't give any yesterday. Only Throne of the Dwarven Gods has given me any accreditation so far.

It's not just Castle Never, I'm also seeing the 25% reduction in damage on Burning Guidance and Elven Ferocity in Greed of the Dragonflight and Demonic Heroic Encounters (but no reduction in damage against the bonus heroic encounter boss). I sometimes had this problem as well, Gameclient.exe would stay in memory after exiting the game and nothing short of a system restart could get rid of it. Very annoying. The only solution to the problem I found was to simply stop using Arc. With running Neverwinter directly I've never had this problem anymore.

It isn't just the drake pens that is like this, ALL level 70 areas have this bug. Most monsters scale properly, but some random groups are insanely overpowered with about 10 times the normal HP and damage.
