From my testing, Retaliate always seems to remain at 10 sec cooldown regardless of recharge speed. This is testing with Stronghold piranhas and a chronometer so it's not very accurate considering the small recharge speed bonuses we get. I don't see anything wrong with only running it once in a while. I'd rather run every content once in a while to get richer than to run the same one over and over again.

People don't realise but UI is a huge resource hog. Turning it off improves fps by 10% or so. That alone perhaps shouldn't warrant a CDP but it should be looked into.

Why should anyone ever pick a tank path? You get a -10% damage debuff and nothing to show for it. Whoever though that was a good idea? Thomas keeps saying in streams that they don't want to make any sweeping changes, and then they go ahead and sweep tank paths under the rug.

Vanguard Dig In bug that makes you permanently have block up even when doing other actions like using powers, makes using retaliate impossible. Swapping to Dreadnaught while this bug is active makes Dreadnaught use Retaliate automatically without blocking.
Prepared Slam Feat(Dreadnaught): Only works with Shield Slam. Does not work with paragon encounters like Onslaught or Tremor. I assume this is because paragon encounters have the classification Encounter(Paragon) as opposed to just Encounter.
Momentum Class Feature(Dreadnaught): The feat does not work every time Bull Charge is used, casuing you to still be able to knock down targets and not deal additional damage. It feels like it triggers more reliably when used while moving.
