Aggro indicator does not match the mob aggro in dungeons. Dig In needs to cancel animations. It is already possible by just using shift to cancel animation then dig in right after to get the same effect, but why make it difficult than it needs to be? It's not like Dig In needs more reasons to be inconvinient.
Guardian Fighter's Dig In gets stuck up permanently even trough other animations, prevents retaliate from being used. Tenebrous R15 doesnt increase proc chances.

Blame all the people who complained the cc resistance stacks were too strong when they were first being introduced. Also blame the CC effects that are applied constatly for the duration instead of just when the power is used.
With the changes to the Professions system, I think the double professions event should get a rework too, same way double refinement got one with the refinement overhaul. That way crafters won't have to wait till event to come around to get materials.
