  • Nah. They should assign RAD to quests, not dungeons. Most bots aren't smart enough to complete quests. Have some random quests give RAD. Much easier.

  • From this data I can clearly see that a BiS Level 80 toon does as well or slightly worse than a 14K Level 70.
  • If I remember correctly, you get one from the ME in Terminus and one in the ME from Vanrakdoom. My 3 toons all have ilev 805 comp gear, just from completing the campaign.

  • To reiterate in a way that maybe someone who doesn't understand the cap system. If we are at the Maximum attribute levels for Level 80, we should be at the maximum levels for Level 70, 60,50, etc, and so on. THIS IS HOW SCALING SHOULD WORK.
