Fire damage abilities, to the best of my knowledge, will usually inflict the target(s) hit with a DoT. Poison will usually deal less damage than fire damage, but will ignore armor and apply a DoT usually. Necrotic damage use to just straight ignore armor, but that was changed. Now it is very rare for it to have a…
You appear to be bothered by the smallest things in the game lol. Not trying to be mean, but I just find it funny. I see most people talking about large class adjustments, new zones, pvp changes, new classes, new races, etc. and than we got Ian over here saying that the CW armor doesn't look as wizardly as it could look. :D
This thread is ridiculous. I play an HR as my main and is by far my favorite class in the game. I don't feel bad for these changes coming at all because: 1. PvP will be fine because HRs may be getting nerfed, but so are other classes. Essentially these changes are necessary because with the other classes getting much…
I like trapper a whole lot more than nature though. It felt like HR was going for a Melee striker/Ranged Striker/Evasive/off-tank/Support class which made the class feel like it had an unfocused direction and only served as a class that could do everything, but wasn't best at anything. With the new Trapper tree(Hybrid/CC)…
Sounds like an Illusionist. Which they will add eventually and will probably be the "Leader/Support" type class for the Arcane classes. I predict every class group(ex. Dungeonering, Arcane, etc.) will have one class for each role as a Leader(Support),Controller, Striker, and Defender. Control Wizards are the Controllers,…
That and the Dragonborn in the Elderscrolls series is a sentient being with the blood of a dragon. In DnD it's literally a half man and half dragon. Same name, but completely different things. According to the lore the Dragonborn race's primary role is to be a fighter. See the link in my post above to see their wiki page.
They are in a very difficult situation. They are very good in PvP, yet very bad in PvE. I don't know how the devs are going to fix them without making them too good in PvP or much worse in PvE. It's a pretty bad dilemma.
It's unrealistic unless they count NPCs from Phase 1 and 3 along with 2. At this moment they do not and I'm already not counting on getting it unless they change it.
Yeah, it didn't use to be a big problem, but every aspect of the TR's burst DPS builds have been nerfed. Making Perma-Stealth the most effective build to play as.
Actually DCs have a high chance of getting their gear because as the Devs said Healing and Damage taken would be calculated. With 20+ people standing in the red circles + your Astral shield it would be ridiculous for the DC not to do much contribution. DCs have it made in Heroic encounters.
Yeah, I don't think it will go back to the Plain Black Ice version you crafted it from. Instead I think it will get a drastic stat drop and become a T1 version of either the Corrupt or Purified Black Ice gear. I may be wrong though

I've gotten my Black Ice Bracers three times IN A ROW from the Remorhaz. Which isn't that great for me, because what the hell am I going to do with three bracers besides Salvage? I want my mainhand! lol x)
There's the best idea. Two spawn points that you can only get into by dying. So that way people can't retreat to them, yet people can still jump immediately back into PvP. I'm 100% in support of this idea :)
You want MORE buffs to the GWF? GWFs hit crazy hard and are still top dog in PvP. They can be the best in PvE without a crazy OP CW and GWFs are still very much wanted and useful. The problem isn't that GWFs are weak. The problem is CWs are too strong, and are apparently being redone by the devs this very moment.
The devs need to give them tenacity :1 about 70 points of tenacity on each peice and than it will be comparable to the Gemmed Exquisite shirt and pants.
