Yes, the pig mounts are exclusive prizes from Summer Festival event. And yes, I think it would be safe to assume that since the water balloon/siphon/bucket tool tip says BoE and its actually BoP - that anything else in the summer event that says BoE is actually BoP.

Melody, should we submit an in-game ticket for this issue? Because I had the same issue. I can only access the garden on one character out of 12. I double and triple checked the tooltip before buying my key and I am sure they were supposed to be account bound.

Agreed! This is precisely what we asked for in Ash's original poll. Of course Cryptic ignored the whole "account bound" request and focused on monetizing every character instead. At $50 per campaign per character just to make ONE of their imposed grinds a little less painful is just too much. No thanks.

Same here. I restarted too, and it reloaded the first part of what it had downloaded and resumed crawling at less than 1Kbps. Two hours offline to patch. Another X - time to download at a snail's pace. Why u no liek usrs Cryptic?

I was wondering the same thing. This is my first time respec-ing a char and I'm sitting here looking at 15 points spent and nowhere else to spend the rest because I can't get to the next level (available at 20 points). So yeah I'd like to know what others are doing to proceed.
