The long-awaited weapon and armor enchantment rework

I can only reference anything I own or can see on the AH, so if y'all have some more enchants, please chime in with effects.

Weapon
Bilethorn - Damage buffed. Deals AoE poison based on weapon damage at ranks above perfect.
Bronzewood - No change.
Feytouched - No change.
Flaming -No change to bonus damage. DoT effect received damage boost.
Frost - Damage buffed. Tooltip now accurately describes existing function of disabling PvE foes.
Holy Avenger - No change to cooldown, but added healing to the buff. Healing and damage scaled to level. Tooltip is a bit messed up.
Lifedrinker - Damage buffed. Increases life steal chance.
Lightning - Damage says it scales to level.
Plaguefire - Damage buffed. Debuffs power in addition to defense at ranks above perfect.
Terror - Tooltip is messed up. Debuffs both power and defense even at existing ranks. Bigger debuff, more damage, and can root!? Holy carp.
Vorpal - Tooltip says crits reduce enemy defense but it's currently registering a 0% reduction. May only apply to the ranks above perfect. Existing ranks didn't appear to be changed.

Armor
Barkshield - No change.
Bloodtheft
Briartwine - No change.
Elven Battle - No change.
Fireburst
Frostburn - Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (lesser).
Negation - Procs stacking damage resistance.
Soulforged - Cooldown time reduces with higher ranks.
Thunderhead - Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds (perfect).

Edit: I'm trying to paste in wixxgs1cht's images but the post preview is giving me a really poor indication if I'm doing it right.

    I'd think the cooldown reductions on SF would be to encourage more people to invest in higher ranks rather than calling it done at lesser.

    Plaguefire debuffs power at "pure" (5%) and "transcendent" levels.

    Enchantments also have new levels? Right after Perfect is "Pure"

    just made a Pure Vorp and now i can rank it up 2 a Transcendent Vorp will cost

    1,088,640 RP & 5 GMOP etc .

    no i did not need a 2nd Vorp for the upgrade to Pure & looks like the same thing for Transcendent.

    I will still not upgrade past lesser due to the ugly look.

    The current refining system couldn't continue that way, the cost would have exploded as I laid out in another thread.

    Assuming that RP for Enchants will stay cheap and easy to get, you basically have to pay 1M AD + Wards to stay BiS.

    I only have 2 greater plague fire and a perfect lightning. I can't keep up with all this. The blue artifact belts and necks are doing enough damage to my sanity. I honestly don't feel like playing this anymore.

    Because Vorpal needed a buff.

    the buff is ok instead of having its crit severity increased more

    This is a perfect lightning with level 60 character. Apparently "damage is scaled to your level" means it now deals 10% of the damage it used to.

    Terror enchantment that use to be considered kinda lame now they are out of stock already on live server and i guess it will go even worse.

    Why does Radiant give more stat points than the other enchants?

    Radiant already are superior to everything else, especialy in defensive slots...
