Armor Penetration Resiliance or someth like that, they might add it back with all this updates, so even if u have huge amount of armor pen in pvp wont matter. so maybe this sorta of enchantments will make their debut.

Thats a good point. It USED to also act as a negative ARP. So if you have 30% tenacity it would mitigate 30% arp.
here are some cool stuff
i like the idea of 400 points = 1 % on alot of stats
and 100 points in armor pen = 1%
HP on defense slot is the way to go.
i like that the difference between a BIS and not a BIs person will be minimal with the 400 points thing.
about tenebrous? i dont think it wil lbe wise on builds that needs other stats to add tenebrous, might be good on a GF and a paladin.
but with stuff like having 15.7k power and u get only 39% dmg bonus at level 70, i dont think the guys that would put their tenes will deal any damage besides the tenes. and for what i know the damage from tenes can be mitigated, i dont doubt it will be a nuisance, but i am pretty sure they wont become a some killin mofos.

Not a huge fan of this particular update to our enchants. Pure above Perfect - the heck is that? The word 'perfect' implies the thing is already the best it could be..but anyway. What I see as potential problem is of course the balance, we'll see.

On preview is impossible to find a negation as well as a holy avenger.. there is anybody that has a perfect one? Or even better a pure/transcendent?
The negation enchant now can be an extremely good chaise for Tanks (GF/OP) or for support class ( DC/OP) Can anyone confirm that it works as the tool tip say?
That new Terror is so over the top its not even funny, totally craps on PF. "Reducing defence and power by 40% on every hit" really? So someone hits my 10k power GWF with that and boom im a 6k GWF, are you devs serious? Why would anyone even bother playing a melee tank with high DR? Mod 6 already promises great returns from ArmPen, effectively making it the stat to stack ( kinda like it used to be in the dawn of Neverwinter ), so who cares if my Sentintel for example has capped DR when people can easily breach all of it thanks to ArmPen + a weapon enchantment.. and it can root too.
The changes I've seen so far give me zero incentive to play PVP in Mod 6 and if I dont play PVP I have zero reason to build a competitive toon ergo zero reason to spend any more money on the game. How much time will it take for new players to reach the same conclusion? Id say not long since they'll be totally destroyed by bis monsters thanks to our lovely elo system. How far do you people plan to go with this 'lets alienate players' strategy ?

There are so many enchantments, and so many nice option.. but we still have 3 chaises.. I would like to see viable all enchantments, some for debuff, some for controll, some for DPS, some for mitication, some for buffing.. giving everything to one (vorpla, Terror) would change anything.
Negation is a great example of how an enchantment can be reworked and be great ( as long as it works a per tooltip)

The only time I saw the radiant dmage over 200 was for a crit. The heal when it does kick in is also less than 200. So you're looking at 1k-2k heal over that 10 seconds. Hopefully it gets better.

Does anyone have a screenshot of Transcendent Soulforged's in-game text? Much thanks in advance! These reworks are probably some of the best things that Mod 6 will bring.

So are they purposely being very vague about what Holy Avenger really does or are they just not good at putting out numbers
