So where do i claim my spider mount? got everything else just unsure where i get it from
I bought a founders pack, but due to a forum-name error, I havent recieved it yet. I bought it on May 6 and reported the problem. But no one seems to care and havent recieved any support nor answer.
According to the german forums, I am not the only one with this problem and like me, nobody from the support has answered yet. Some are already waiting since weeks for any answer.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
That heros founder pack, has already screwed up the ingame economy it would seem, pay to win right into open beta seems kinda ****ty. Great game, not hating on the game, my favorite currently, but that is really depressing.

I will be issuing a charge-back by COB PST Today if CRYPTIC DOESN'T address the AH Bug in an appropriate manner. There's absolutely ZERO point in being a 'founder' if EVERYONE can get it for FREE.
If this has been asked prior, then I apologize. I am wondering, if I already have an account and I have reached level 39, can I still get the founder's pack and use it with my already made character/account?
A totally useless game real money black hole, so far..Fine example of get rich schemes going awry..too fast for a real MMO company to protect our investment.

The founders pack is still available and yes you can use it with your current characters as the pack unlocks for all your characters they only thing that is one time per account is the AD.

What i am wondering is why you are so upset, sure you paid for a "founders pack" if you read the terms and conditions associated to it, it doesn't promise you anything more than what's written in the details of the founders pack on the site. Also remember its a BETA... So yeah you can cancel your "free account" and go play another game, but your not going to get your money back, digital purchases are normally "not refundable" as they offered you a service, you bought it and used it. I have no affiliation with the game company or anything, just trying to educate you a bit. When you purchase a digital product, and then use it its like buying a pack of gum, eating it and then asking for your money back. You won't get it.
But if you do then AWSOME... but i just want to say when a company advises you that the game is in its BETA stage, your playing at your own risk, and you have to deal with the fact that the game may not be perfect. Its in its testing phase.
What i would recommend is that in the future, when you see a game in beta, don't spend a penny. Save it for when they release it. Then if you are upset they would have the mechanism to try to resolve it.
Sorry to sound harsh, but its not worth your personal stress man.

I heard they are not wiping characters. Are they planning to turn off the game for 3 to 5 days at end of "Open beta" for the "early access"? Hmm. Kind of pointless if you dont wipe as everyone will already be 60 by then.
I think the packs will be discounted right before they actually release the game to boost the sales. So I'd just sit back and relax and wait for that moment to pass by.
# Still feel a bit sad about the stupid VAT, nice pack for $60, than do the math, exchange rate about 1,31:1 so gets to about EUR 45. Than I click buy and it says EUR 56, pff, screw it.
Maybe better buy the items seperately and than just the mount, companion and sell some ZENN for AC's at a rate of 1:400-450 or something...

Yes actually, I have a character almost 30 which is pretty much over-leveled now for anything that comes in those packs. I have a mount, I have a companion. I'm way over level for any of the starter items. Same thing with my cleric, out leveled for the items. So I paid $60 and got nothing out of it at all, seeing as how it's been days getting ignored.
It's so far past the point that I could use any of this. Look at it this way. Now the only two things in that pack that are good for me is the free respec token and the 600k ad. I could have just paid $6 for the respec token and farmed the AD in a couple of days. So yeah. refund needed if they are never going to actually give me what I paid for, and even if they get this sorted out, it's all useless. Paying $60 for a title seems a bit <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.
Thank you for this explanation, I am at the same point and thinking about buying the pack. This reply definately made me decide NOT to buy this and get some items just seperately :-)

I don't know when it ends but I would think it wouldn't end till the game actually goes live.
