Your lucky. I purchased mine successfully but upon login i dont see the drow class as well as the items purchased. Am i looking in the wrong place?? LoL Someone help !!!!

I found the founder merchant, but he didnt have anything for me.
Oh you need to find founder merchant?? i thought its automatically given out?

Not everything is available during the beta. Check this thread for details.
The drow are not available during Beta.
Astral Diamonds are unique per account so they have to be manually withdrawn. Bags and some other itmes are still optional so must also be withdrawn through the vendor.

And when are the mount and the panther companion available?? Wish was posted on the web before i had bought the pack unless ofc i missed that vital info. I just started this game so i didnt have chance to read 52+ page pertaining to this info if any

Anything not available in Beta will be available at launch.
So get that not all things are available..but it seems like the founder's pack isn't tied to my account, though it shows my account having purchased it. I went to the founder's merchant in the game and doesn't show me having anything to claim. Also don't see a way to add the forum title to me as well.

Ok, I'm obviously going to have to add this to the first post but here it is again.
Does the pack show as applied to your account on this page?
If you purchased the Guardian Pack the Founder's Merchant would have nothing for you at least at this time.

So I purchased the defender pack and i was billed, but never got the beta key anywhere to access the game. I tried calling but surprise surprise...its the weekend and Perfect world is not open. I was told in 3-4 business days they would get back to me....doesn't really help for this weekend...any other ideas or suggestions anyone?
No the pack doesn't show up on that page. And when I click on the permissions page, it shows nothing at all for me.

Ignore the 3-4 days. Thanks for reminding me of another thing I need to update on the front page. 3-4 days is a generic message and has no bearing on the actual response.
In any case you do NOT receive a Beta Key from purchasing a Founder's Pack. Please check this page to see if your Founders Pack has been applied. If not support will have to resolve the issue and are working throughout the weekend. Phone service might not be up but tickets and e-mails are being read.

Sadly the only recourse is to send a support ticket.
I believe I've had a hiccup with the transaction via PayPal, as my Zen history says I successfully purchased the Guardian pack, but my bank balance doesn't show I've made the purchase, so I don't have the Permission Group option, no matter what I try and greyed out title option for in-game characters.
I've sent a ticket to CS
Actually what I thought was the problem isn't, my bank balance now shows the payment to PWE.
So just to clarify, the payment from bank is complete and receipt emails from PWE and Paypal have arrived, as well as the Zen History in my PWE account confirms I have the Guardian Pack. However, I am unable to set the title in the forum, as I have no "Permission Groups" listed under 'My Account' in the User CP and there is no in-game mail with the Guardian pack items and title.

Last week I tried again to purchase the Guardian pack but had the same trouble I had before. The only options I get is to use a PayPal account or create a PayPal account. Over the last few months, I have used the same credit card on 3 different sites to purchase items or services via PayPal (without a PayPal account). I have no problem making online purchases with the same credit card with other sites (for example, Amazon, EA/Bioware, World of Tanks, GuildWars). Support just tells me to clear cache, etc. suggesting it's a user error.
During the beta on Friday, I tried purchasing 20.00 worth of ZEN. In this instance the transaction appeared to work correctly, followed by a credit card check with MasterCard, which also appeared to work, followed by nothing. Neither my Zen History or credit card statement showed any transaction. Submitted a support ticket with full details (with a fast respond by PWE support). They asked for details; details were supplied. They said to contact Support at Skrill/Moneybookers. I have no idea why my card works via other sites that use PayPal or accept direct credit card payments. Nor do I have any idea why it failed to go through with Skrill.
This is annoying. It is a digital transaction, it should be a simple process just like my other online purchases. If it's a user fault, fortunately for me it's confined to this site; I have no difficulty anywhere else. PWE support was fast but not able to fix whatever problem I'm having.This is a game and it's supposed to be enjoyable. I don't see the point of wasting any additional time on the matter nor bother attempting to make future transactions if it's this difficult.
According to PWE, I should be able to purchase cards at Walmart and FutureShop near my location. Just checking now, FutureShop carries the following PrePaid Cards: GuildWars 2,StarWars Old Republic, World of Warcraft, Champions Online and SONY - no PWE cards. Walmart carries only World of Warcraft. No luck there either.
I have the same issue as Keiham. Payment processed, transaction confirmed in Zen History, email receipts from Paypal and PWE, credit card has been charged.
Following the instructions in the OP, I can see that the Founders pack has not been applied to my account.
I'm also getting a constant redirect from the support site when I tried to open the contact details.

All I can say is the issue is known and being worked on. It had not been occuring until a couple of days ago and is not occuring to every purchase.
Send in a ticket and support will get back to you as soon as they can.

PWE GAMES GIFT PACKAGE Email and Support Site issue
It was stated the we will recieve the email with the codes until the 03/22 , but still there is no email in sight. Also while trying to issue a support request for this, i still recieve the following error on the support site:
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)
Could someone please assist with these issues?

Hey, I'm trying to purchase the Hero of the North Founders pack, but I keep getting an error message on Paypal and Skrill. It is not a card error as this is the same card I use for Amazon and everything else. Any ideas?

I called Paypal and they said the issue was because my CC company thought the transaction might be fraudulent, so they stopped it. I called them up and told them it was ok, but I'm still getting error messages, despite them "lifting the ban".
The messages are as follows:
Paypal "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."
Skrill "Sorry, we cannot complete your payment at this time
An error has occurred"
Google checkout for Zen, "Your Google Order #4xxxx with Perfect World Entertainment is currently on hold. An attempt to charge your CCxxxxx for $5.00 on Mar 26 failed. This may have occurred because of insufficient funds, or as a precautionary measure against fraud. You may see authorizations on your billing statement for a declined charge. Occasionally, the authorization for a charge may be approved, but the actual charge for the order declined. Contact the customer service department for CCxxxx for help with resolving this payment issue.

Very strange!
At the point that you've already removed any block from your CC Provider you have passed the realms that I can help in though. That is all very strange.
My best guess would be perhaps it's stuck due to the declined charge. Try contacting PWE's customer support and seeing if they can fix it. Let me know the result of it.
I am sorry but as I noted on the front page I can only pass on information and trouble-shoot. I have no access to tools to solve the issue.

Neither has been received by pretty much anyone as far as the responses on both pages will show.
I was hoping to play STO with the Andorian starter pack until Neverwinter released but I can only feel like I'm being scammed at this point.

I received my codes for the PWE packs though. Nothing about STO but in all honesty I never heard about that promotion.
