Bahaha... writing questions as we speak. Death will do just fine.
Episode 2 will take a hard look at the role guilds will play in Neverwinter, and we'll get to meet some of the guild leaders that will set sail to explore the vast Neverwinter landscape upon game launch. If any guild leaders would like to discuss topics/plans related to their guilds, I'd be very interested in having you on our next show!
And I "volunteered" a while back just was waiting till Andre choose to have me on.
Also Loved to here the podcast great stuff from everyone.
Aww hey thanks Death! Figured it would be more fun and informative to have you on episode 2. We'll wait until we get a few more guild leaders "signed up" and we'll do the show.

I hope it's not going to be like in some others mmo expended friend tab, so guild quests etc. should be in. It would be nice if you could build guildhouse when your guild get max guild lvl. Territory wars, carawans, guild chalange, gvg etc. etc.
Putting production on hold until Cryptic gets their tails back to this site to talk to their community. If anyone over at Cryptic wants to take on Aandre the Giant and have fun doing so, this is the show! I've got questions in mind for developers, graphic designers, marketing reps, even the former Atari rep you locked in the janitor's closet during the big sale last year!!
Well we seem to finally be getting some info from Cryptic. I think there should be a discussion on Character customization I would gladly speak with you and even a Cryptic employee on this. Not just what already but also how it is but how you might have preferred it and such

Yeah, I think character customization (specifically stat creation) is the next "ht topic." Okay Aandre, do your magic and get somebody from Cryptic to talk to you...no without the Banhammer this time
Yes, they finally hit on the topic that many of us have been inquiring about for many months. Good for them! It was a quality "opening salvo" announcement, I got to give it to 'em.
I'm talking about character creation of course, and no surprise -- I have a bunch of questions, based on my many years of character building in pnp and DDO. I will have an exciting show, and it will focus on this very topic. Dev team, if you are reading this, and are willing to share some more info with your anxious Neverwinter community, come on down to the NOCS, lets pitch a cabana, get some dice and a couple of Skype connections... and make this nerd luau a critical hit to remember!
Come on Dev Team we no you know about this. Come and face the interoga... uh... Interview by Andre on NOCS. We need more info.
If they dont know we want them to discuss this on NOCS maybe we can get the moderators to tie them up and drag them here to answer questions.

Thanks for your efforts Death.
I have contacted Cryptic as of yesterday at this very address asking for permission to interview various representatives on the show. (http://crypticstudios.com/contact)
Not much I can do at this point but kindly wait for a response.

Awesome I still have to contact them about possible things with my blog. Hopefully you can get them before Christmas to interview before Christmas.

I was told to point you to "http://www.pwe-inc.com/contact" specifically, so you may want to go there, click on the "Media" tab and fill out that form as well.

Oh that's real nice of you, thanks kindly Zebular. I'll fill it out right away...
Hey guys I don't know how much of a difference but in my rush the other day, before Andre responded I tweeted Craig this:
"@CrypticZinc Dear Craig at the #Neverwinter forums we were wondering if we could get a dev to be interviewed on NOCS. Contact me if possible."
1 hour ago he PMed me this: "Hey - I've forwarded your Interview request to the PR folks. Lemme know if you don't hear anything soon."
I hope this speeds things up a little.
Yep, I've got the feelers out as well.. thank you very much Truth and Death (and anyone else involved) for your vigilance in trying to make this show happen. I am 100% positive that we can create an exciting show that will keep this forum community glued to their media players!
Now, somewhere during my quenching of another mug of Roussimoff Family Eggnog, I had a vision. Maybe if you sing the chick's role in Black Eyed Peas - "My Humps" to open my third podcast show... I might just think about belting out that Shirley Temple toon...
Come on Stormie... show off those lovely.....
Third podcast... does this mean you have another episode of NOCS waiting ready to be posted? That a Dev was actually willing to be on the Show? If so what will be the 3rd? PVP? Guilds?

Sadly deathssickle, no. I halted production when all went silent.
The requests have been sent, and as of yet am still waiting, patiently, for a Cryptic employee to respond to one of my invites. I realize they are extremely busy at this juncture though, but if they feel this would be an acceptable medium to talk to their future playerbase, I have some great ideas that should prove entertaining to listeners.
In case someone at Cryptic reading this hasn't received an invite to join us at the NOCS, or it somehow got lost in the pile (understandably very easy to have happen with how busy you folks are now), I have a warm roundtable format podcast that would make a wonderful setting to discuss, in a laid back and entertaining way, the upcoming launch of Neverwinter Online. Hey, even if you dont have a whole lot you can say, stories and an educational forays such as these examples "How I became a Cryptic employee", "Tips on how a young gamer can make a living in the video game industry" "A normal day at Cryptic Studios is..." "Crunch time is making me want to pull all my hair out" can be potentially interesting to some of your most loyal followers, as well as those checking NWO out for the first time. Let's give em something to chew on. More importantly, lets build a great community here. That's my mission, and my #1 reason for doing the show.
As for the show, we'll remain down until at least January 8th, due to lack of new info (although last few days have been very positive). Now, if a rep hits us back to do a show, we'll be back in production that day. When the spark is lit, the NOCS will be there!!

Yeah I would like to to add to this....I know the guys ( who are great guys by the way and really awesome to hang with) over at Neverwinter Podcast has some deep established connections with Cryptic and even more so with Jupiter Broadcasting, but I really hope Cryptic also takes time for the fledgling podcasters as well.
This remains a issue in the STO community and it really limits peoples choices especially considering that quite a few people have issues with Jupiter Broadcasting politics and social positions on some of their shows, but if we want to hear from Daniel or Al we have to go there or we have to wade through trek radio which is all over the place these days, many of us just want a podcast that talks about the game we are interested in without having to wade through a lot of stuff that hasn't anything to do with our game or having to listen to Glen Beck Jr.
All I'm asking cryptic is give the smaller guys a chance too.
