    Guild leaders already planned, as well as any still interested to join in our soon-to-be legendary roundtable, we are planning to meet Saturday, February 9th at 8pm Eastern Time. If anyone still needs the itinerary, or any help whatsoever, please contact me in PM only! :) Thanks.

    Friday night would probably be a better day for this. Unless you know something we won't and beta will be over by that time. Or are we meeting in game or something.

    Actually Saturday is good for me I have a new Bible Study starting on Friday(or Thursday before beta that would be fine)

    Yeah we'll find a different time to do the guild roundtable... since folks are paying "one way or another" to gain access on those specific days and times. We'll set two times, one in the evening, and one in the afternoon which will be beneficial to European guild leaders to attend!

    For reference:

    Here are the official Neverwinter Beta Weekend dates for 2013:

    Beta Weekend 1: February 8 to February 10.
    Beta Weekend 2: March 8 to March 10.
    Beta Weekend 3: March 22 to March 24.

    So, what I need for guild leaders to do is to please PM me day/time frames that would be good for you... and I'll try to make accommodations for all! Either way, NOBODY is getting left out.

    Thanks Death! I'm coordinating days/times with Andy and another at Cryptic. When I get their availability down & interview scheduled, I'll schedule the guild leader roundtable. Just need the rest of the guild leaders to get me their availability PMed to me ASAP!

    Well folks I'm ready to go! Got my questions written, and am including some great questions from the community (thanks to those that are pm'ing me questions, you'll be heard!) Just waiting for my two Cryptic guests to confirm with exact dates/times.

    As far as the guild leader roundtable, I've spoken to everyone and am now playing with the schedule to set up a date or two all leaders can attend.

    PS: I'll be updating guild leaders one final time with their set time once I hear back from all participants.

    Guild leaders participating should have PMs explaining the reason for the delay. We'll be holding the guild leader roundtable as soon as the first beta weekend concludes. I'll be sending out PMs with day and time asap. Thanks all for your patience... I know we are excited, but bottle it, it'll make for a better show! ;)
